2 dishwashers, neither worked, poor installs

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When installed on 8/21/24, installers tested it, it flooded the kitchen floor. Installers contacted Best Buy and set up a replacement install for 8/28/24. On 8/28 the second dishwasher they could not complete the install because the left front leg would not raise up. Installers again contacted Best Buy. Best Buy sent me an email saying I could cancel & get a refund or they would set up another delivery & install. I canceled & 17 days later still have not received a refund for the install & parts. Never washed first dish so no way to rate performance.

Defective dishwasher

When I went to actually use the dishwasher to wash dishes, there was a noise after 10 minutes into the cycle. Repairman came 1 week later and said the unit was defective. I ordered a different brand

Where is my refund?
