Geek Squad came to fix, but the same message recurred the next time we ran the dishwasher and the cycle could not be completed. Replaced it with another brand.

The part needed to fix it is over $500. Not worth buying. You might as well buy a cheap one because these "more expensive" units just don't last.

Good price, but doesn’t dry

Wish I purchased a different dishwasher

Whenever it’s done some dishes are still dirty and just super wet. I’ve looked into different settings to help with the dishes to dry better, but no luck. I wouldn’t recommend especially for the price.

I don't run my dishwasher everyday, and every time I open it, it smells awful. There is also so much moisture in my dishwasher, it's always wet in there. Additionally, it has caused moisture underneath all of my cabinets and now I have mold in spots. I spent a lot of time picking out this unit and it had great reviews, so this is a letdown.

I'm having them take this unit out and will be selecting a different one. Also, did like how things had to loaded and when I pulled the bottom rack out to load it would just slide on back. I had to hold the bottom rack so it didn't slide in order to put things on the bottom.

As for the bottom rack movement, this model does have a smooth glide track, but if the unit isn’t perfectly level or if the rack wheels aren’t aligned, it can slide freely when loading. Adjusting the leveling feet slightly forward can reduce the slant and improve rack stability.

My dishwasher and dishes don't get dry with heated dry and extra dry. After going through all the support topics and calling LG, I found out the dishwasher doesn't have a heating element (to make it use less electricity) so why would they get dry? I have to leave door open til they air dry. I can buy a special chemical to help the problem but, why would I want more chemicals on my dishes? Going to return it.
