Cleans as expected… better then my older GE LG is the best

I was in search of a black dishwasher because all of my other kitchen appliances are black. After searching for black in other stores like Airport Appliances, Sears, Friedman's and etc. I was excited about finding the LG-24 Front Control with all of the modern features and at a great price! It was delivered timely, installed and the old dishwasher removed....it turned out to be a PERFECT decision and I'm very happy with my purchase and Best Buy service.

Still reading the manual because it doesn’t show where you can change the time on the options two hours to do a cycle as long

I would give it less than a star if possible. Circuit board required replacement twice in less than three years. Same issue with error code and clicking as noted in numerous other reviews. Geek Squad covered first repair of circuit board after just over a year. After 2 year Geek Squad coverage, circuit board costs between $349 (LG Repair) or $99 service call plus parts ($200 plus depending on technician) from Best Buy to repair. Geek Squad only covered 2 years, LG customer service was terrible and unconcerned about reptitive problem in their product. Best Buy should stop selling this defective product. There are better, more reliable dishwashers available. Do not buy.

It's.... fine. Door is flimsy. Always water inside after 'drying'. Sliding racks feel cheap. This LG replaced a Whirlpool that died outside the warranty but would have required repairs close to the cost of a new one. So we took a flyer on this l. It could go for a long time but I doubt it. Durable goods aren't very durable these days..

Worked great, no issues Fit right the old slot, and easy hook up

I bought this about four years ago. It's an absolute piece of garbage. Here are some observations: 1) The LED light is now more difficult to read, making it hard to tell what the timer says. 2) The lower rack derails all the time when you push it in. 3) The middle rack is hard to push in all the way so that it properly butts against the water inlet. If you fail to get it all the way in, it leaks from the lower left hand side of the door, then spouts steam up towards the counter (it ruined my cheap MDF counter by dousing it in steam). When it drips, it also rusts the front door arm that secures it to the main unit. 4) Something about the motor must be going bad - it's ridiculously loud now and makes a buzzing noise when washing. You can barely hear yourself think or watch a movie. As an aside, the Geek Squad warranty is absolutely worthless. The technician pretty much said that they'll only fix it if it stops working. So the noise, rack, rust - not covered. The only think I like about it is that it cleans well and I like the air drying feature. Do yourself a favor, and don't buy an LG, and for Pete's sake skip the Geek Squad warranty (which is administered by some other company).

Great buy on this LG dishwasher. After having customer service difficulties with other big box appliance dealers, dealing with Best Buy was like a breath of fresh air. The communication was excellent, the product is very good, and the installers were professional and friendly. I am very pleased with my experience with Best Buy and be back the next time I need a new major appliance. Thank you!

We've had this dishwasher for about a year now, It seems to clean pretty well, but the time display only half works and the dishes are soaking wet many hours after the cycle ends. If I had it to do over, I'd buy a different brand.

I love this dishwasher and with best buy it was easy to install. It has a silverware tray at the top that is so nice and is more sanitary than the standup kind.
