The control panel is malfunctioning. The lights flash, and and and chime. Most of the time it shuts down, in mid wash. It have never dried the dishes. Most frustrating is Best Buy being unable to have repair people in my area. Ipay the big buck (close to $200 a year) for extended warranty and it does me no good. I call, multiple times, they can't help me. I was cover it says until the 18 of August, I quit paying the extended fee on July 5 because of no help. Come to find out they won't honor the August 18 date. The geek squad people I have talked to are absolutely NO help. I have for years bought my appliances and computers from Best Buy but I will never spend another cent there. Today the agent I talk to said they should have helped me get outside help if they could not find local repair people. First time in a year that has been offered to me. I am so done. I now have a very expensive dishwasher the malfunctions.

My LG dishwasher is fantastic. Works very quietly and works very well. Cleaning every dish in there. Looking forward to the other appliances we purchased.

Instalation was straightforward. It is very quiet, and the 3rd rack is a nice feature. Hoping this one lasts longer than 3 years.

Real happy with my new LG dishwasher. My installer had no trouble taking out the old Kenmore and install the new LG. very quiet operation. Follow user guide of use, a rinse agent is key to dry dishes. A good affordable and nice looking appliance

Least amount of time for a wash is 2:05 minutes. Ugh!! Easy to accidentally hit the power switch which turns the machine off. If you are in mid-cycle, there is no way to resume the wash. You will need to start over or hand wash your items. Ugh!! Other than a quick start guide, there is no user manual included. I hate qr squares in order to get the information needed. Ugh!! The third tray seems useless. Just takes space away from the top tray. Ugh!! Must say, however, it does get the dishes clean.... as long as you don't interrupt the cycle.

Very quiet and easy to use, holds a lot more dishes than old dishwasher....

We had to replace our old one and got this one because of the third rack for silverware. It's quiet and works great!

Works well and looks great. Very happy with how this was handled, the first one that was delivered was faulty and with in a few days Best Buy had another delivered.

TLDR: A good dishwasher The dishwasher does a good job cleaning. The stainless steel tub means the heat management within the dishwasher is very good. It has three rows. The top rack is very tiny and can only hold spoons and ladles. The second rack is adjustable. We have loaded the dishwasher fully and have got very good results with respect to cleaning and drying. It is not the quietest dishwasher I have used nor is it very loud. Overall satisfied with the purchase for the price tag.

Works good quite operation easy to load cleans well

We replaced a 15-year-old dishwasher with this beauty, and we found some unexpected upgrades were made in the meantime. This dishwasher not only features a 3rd-level mini-rack, but also has alot more "headroom" for large pots and pans in the lower deck area. They accomplished this by redesigning the wash area with a lowered floor, allowing more vertical space. The result is that the dishwasher can now accommodate more dishes, pots and pans in the same counter space. The 3rd (top) rack is not as useful as you might think, as it only allows for things that are about 1" or less tall, such as spatulas and carving knives, but it is handy when you don't want those things in the silverware rack. Also, they moved the silverware rack to the side rather than in the front, so there is more space from front to back for dishes, allowing two rows of dishes side-by-side. Easy to install and this new unit has places for installing screws in the sides to secure the dishwasher in place. All in all, great improvements for a super price (we purchased during Black Friday sales this year). Highly recommended.

No complaints. Cleans great. Quiet enough to run while watching TV in the next room.

This dishwasher is far better than the one we replaced this with. The features are great. It is so quiet you can barely hear it even standing right in front of it.

I love my new dishwasher. A normal load takes almost 2 hours and 30 minutes but other than that, the dishes come out sparkling clean!

We are very pleased with our new LG dishwasher and the installation. It is quiet and the third level on top is great. We did not think we would use it, but it is great. We may have to buy shorter glasses, but are happy to do so. John

After I purchased my son and daughter in law one of these and learned how much they love theirs we had to have one for ourselves. This unit is so quiet and with its third shelf for delicate items it beats all the rest

works good , cycles are longer but its normal with all the new diswahsers, dry could be stronger but overall its a good unit

Very quiet. Does a very good job of cleaning and drying the dishes. I had a Bosch before this and prefer the LG and the quality of the cleaning. Bosch is a lot of hype but not really impressive. They are quiet! But they do not clean or dry very well!
