Would you believe i get no errors, it actually cleans dishes, and nothing is broken on it? wow. Bought house a couple years ago with all samsung appliances. Only the stove remains working - get LG.

I bought this unit on Dec 2022. A year later it errored out with two different codes. As a “Total member” customer, I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal, they would repair it, or replace it if needed. It has failed 4 more times since then, every time, we have waited for about 10 days for the repair services team to receive the parts needed to “fix” it. The second time it failed, they told me that if they couldn’t repair it on that one, or the one after, they would just give me a new unit. Today, it failed for the 4th time, so I asked for the unit to be replaced since the unit is clearly not actually fixed, they told me they will replace it again and to not be worried about because it would be “free”. Again, I am paying for “total member” so is not free, I supposedly paid for a premium coverage, and yet they cannot fix it, and I am the one experiencing the frequent downtime.

We recently purchased an LG fridge and are very happy with it so I decided to go with this dishwasher. It works really well for the price point except for drying of the dishes.

I was a Whirlpool only owner, but not any longer. This has out performed my last 2 Whirlpool dishwasher. I also have an LG refrigerator which I'm also very happy. Next LG will be a new stove.

Only thing is the dishes are not always completely dry when completed. It has been hit and miss so not sure if its operator error or not.
