Excellent dishwasher. Works wonderful. My only wish is that the buttons were on the top but that doesnt take away from the 5 stars. Dishes come out clean every time.

Very quiet, energy efficient. Love the 3rd rack. Con: No pause cycle option, to my knowledge. You must completely drain and restart the cycle.

It's been solid and so so quiet that at times I didn't even know it was running. Smart features might as well not even be there since it requires you to be standing next to the dishwasher to do NFC

I am very happy with the way my dishes are cleaned. Easy to use. Looks great!

I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer immediately started pressuring me to proceed with extras, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, holding the job hostage under duress. They turned off my power to the entire house and resetting all of my appliances costing me $250 in food waste. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. The actual work was subpar, messy dirty, unbalanced. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Envision Contracting—opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal. Easy solution include hidden costs in your initial service instead of false advertising.

Works great - no issues. Free at-home home appointment with product specialists was a nice Best Buy feature. Installation by subcontractor was a breeze.

This is an efficient machine and cleans my dishes perfectly.

DO NOT BUY LG DISHWASHERS! This expensive dishwasher died after 17 months. The display lights began flickering and then going crazy. I shut off the circuit breaker and turned it back on after an hour. The light display was out of control and all lights just flickered endlessly. Opened and closed the door and it stopped. Now the display still has problems, it refuses to complete washing cycles, it doesn't drain the water from the bottom of the machine, so it is absolutely useless. It never dried well. Believe all of the negative LG dishwasher reviews that are all over the internet. LG makes the worst dishwashers of all manufacturers. We've owned GE, Maytag, and most of the major manufacturers. Sales and service repair folks will admit the average lifespan is 6-7 years with these new dishwashers, and that's what we've experienced, except for LG.

Dishwasher was alright, but installation was hard. Had to have a plumber replace valves and stuff under the sink before it could be installed.

I did have a Samsung before this, this one is much better-quality build, quieter, rinses better

Cleans and dries the way a dishwasher should. Does a better job or drying than our previous models- make sure to use a rinse aid. Makes all the difference whe it comes to drying. The third level is a great addition for the large and/or awkward utensils.

Purchased because my daughter has the same model but in a different color. Thoroughly sanitizes, very quiet, highly satisfied.

Its good but no "quick wash" cycle. The shortest cycle take about 2 hours? Seems a bit much all the time

The dishwasher is great however my experience with Best Buy was terrible if you plan to install on your own or with a real professional it’s worth it. Probably better to get it from somewhere else.

I purchased this item to replace a cheaper GE model where the control boards failed. It is nicer since the inside is all stainless. The added 3rd rack at the top was nice in theory but it causes condensation to drip down on the dishes even after an extra dry and night dry cycle. This model’s best practice would be to run then immediately unload when finished the dry cycle.

Great price and a great company glad to have it installed

It took 2 months to receive the dishwasher because we wanted a black stainless steel. However, not happy with how it is arranged inside - it is quite awkward on all 3 levels. The top rack is so close to the top of the machine inside you can barely get any large serving utensils (spoons, etc) on the tray. The large knives do not fit well in the slots. On the 2nd level - the design does not work that well for placing glasses and cups - some rows are very narrow and glasses do not fit inside. On the bottom rack - worse yet - the rows are too wide - and will not hold bowls properly. They did not allow along the outer side a wider area to place wider things. I luckily saved the silverware holder from my old Maytag as this one was so badly designed that you wouldn't be able to put hardly anything in the middle compartment due to the handle blocking everything - plus the little slots for the silverware were too small for most of my silverwear. Over all a very poor design that you wouldn't be aware of until you start to load the dishes. So far it cleans okay - although that top rack does not clean very well -

This dishwasher is amazing! It’s quiet and so efficient. Our dishes and silverware are spotless every time.
