My dishwasher is placed under my kitchen island where I do a lot food prep, cake decorating, and rolling dough. My body will sometimes press up against the dishwasher, especially when rolling dough or fondant for my cakes, and the start button will constantly beep and turn on and off. Tried placing a rag or tape in front of the dishwasher and any light touch will still cause it to turn on and off and beep/play music constantly. Next time I will get the top panel button model.

The Worst Quality!

Dislikes: This is the thinnest metal I have ever seen. Drop a regular fork on the inside of the door and it dented. The door will dent during installation with any pressure on it all. When un boxing, it will crush the outside metal with any pressure. The inside basket will not roll in and out straight and untracks everytime. The cycles are incredibly long. The door controls are hard to see standing at the machine. This is NOT the quality I expected out of LG.

He even went above and beyond and cut and added our new flooring underneath (the flooring people did not remove the dishwasher when installing, it was just the subfloor).

There is no heating element inside the dishwasher, but as long as a drying agent/rinse aid is used and the door remains shut until the cycle is completely done, the dishes are dry and spotless. It's a great dishwasher!

Then I ran it for the first time! It was so quiet! I actually got up and check to make sure it was running. The top pull out tray if perfect for Yeti lids!!

I thought this would be a good compromise replacement for my GE Profile. Sadly, it is not a good compromise at all. It is smaller and the racks feel flimsy. I did not think I would miss the features of my old washer, but I do. The cycles take forever on this unit and there is not heated drying which is much more of an issue than I thought it would be. Also no sanitize (my bad I missed that in description) If I had bought a base model dishwasher, I would not be any less impressed.

Not only is it super quiet it is completely under my control. I usually have a few dishes at the end of the day so using the half load is perfect.
