(Were later told with no heater coil the dish’s would be all wet when the cycle was completed so it was recommended to was dish’s over night to allow them to drip dry over night) We could not believe when this arrived at the house it didn’t come with heater coil …. *** Please add to the web site description clearly that is does not come with heater coil & Please add clear photos of inside unit to clearly see that no heater coil is present *** We returned washer and purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher that came standard with a heater coil - see photo below *** Buyer Be Ware - Don’t assume ***

It does NOT clean dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, plastic... We have used it 4 times (the run cycle is 2+ hours). We are using Cascade Plus and Finish Rinse Aid. We tried just scraping plates and not rinsing as directed, everything in the dishwasher came out with food particles. Tried rinsing and everything comes out with residue. We tried just a load of glasses and they came out less clean than they went in. The arms are now rusting. I wasted $500.

Have done quite a few loads and never leaves anything left on dishes. Very quiet. I am extremely happy!

Some of my plastics don’t dry entirely, but everything else is fine.

Could be better on the drying quality. Still have water on the dishes sometime. Cleans very well. Save some money if you purchase around the end of the year.

I bought all new lg appliances for my kitchen including over the range microwave and none of the display colors are the same.

Would prefer if delivery window could be narrowed down. My window was 7 AM to 1 PM (as I recall). Item wasn’t delivered until after 3:30 PM with no notification until I called for status. Front of dishwasher has a scratch on it. Disappointed!! Item itself runs fine. Product is fine.

Lights come on and flash with an error code “CL”. Went to LG support to troubleshoot but to no avail. Next step is to call Best Buy for service or return

That code actually refers to Child Lock mode being enabled. It’s a safety feature that locks the controls to prevent accidental use. To clear it, press and hold the Dual Zone or Rinse button (depending on your model) for 3 to 5 seconds until the “CL” disappears from the display. Damage and poor Customer Support

Ran one load and water leaked all over. Pulled it out to discover the drain hose was damaged (this is installed at the factory). Called Best Buy customer service who told me to call LG. LG sent me back to Best Buy. Finally got a rep to transfer me to parts. The part department is having “Technical Issues” all day, haven’t been able to speak with anyone. So I found the hose on EBAY and spent additional $$ on parts that should have been taken care of by BB or LG. Never again shopping for appliances from Best Buy.

Dishes come out cloudy and dirty regardless of which cycle I run it on. Yes, I use rinse aid. No, I do not have hard water. My old GE cleaned 10 time better.

The dishes do not come out clean…ever. I always rinse them thoroughly and they never have dried food or funk. BUT they always come out just as dirty as they went in. I’ve used every single setting and the hottest water possible but it just sucks. Also not having a drying feature is awful. There’s no heating element so you just wait and wait and wait and the dishes never dry unless you open the door and put a fan on it. For the price, this is a piece of garbage.

New, but not working after install.
