Great dishwasher by LG. Installation Clamps which came with the dish washer were difficult to hook it up to the counter top/cabinets. I think LG should come up with some alternative clamps which are universal and easy to install.

Looks great, cleans nice; but never dries the dishes even on overnight long dry cycle. My previous $300 dishwasher was a lot more efficient. Didn’t look as good but I regret upgrading for the looks alone now.

Good dishwasher but I wish we had gotten the one with the controls on the outside of the door instead of the top.

Good value and very quiet when running. Only negatives are that the wash time takes a few hours. Also the door never gets completely dry.

After using dishwashers that did a complete job, including drying the dishes, we were disappointed by the performance of this unit. The washing part is okay, but it is impossible to get the dishes dry. I made several calls to LG, but all they could say was to use extra dry and overnight dry (or whatever they call it). Finally, one LG agent said most new dishwashers do not have the heating element found in older dishwashers. Even with both drying options activated, when we opened the door we found the dishes and all interior surfaces covered with water, as if someone had just hosed down the inside. We returned it. Side note: The number of cycles and options is ridiculous. An "Auto" mode supposedly decides what the best cleaning method is. If that works, why are there so many other options? A "delicate" setting is for "fine china and stemware." What did people do before this setting was available? I suspect few modern homeowners have fine china.

We love it so far. It’s very quiet and gets things clean. Although delivery service was not advised if our corrected address, they quickly came to the new address after inquiring about where we were.

Quiet machine, cleans well. Adjustable racks a bonus.

We like our new dishwasher. It runs very quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes.

After researching dishwashers we decided on this particular model. We love the 3rd tray for our silverware and use it in place of the regular holder. We love the quietness compared to our old dishwasher.

Have had this dishwasher for about a month and have had no problems. It seems to clean the dishes etc well and holds more than our old Whirlpool dishwasher. Love the third shelf!

It does the job well when its working! Within year and half had to do two services both pertaining to control panel. First time the handle broke, literally cracked open had to get it replaced. Now again the control panel is behaving weird and it's making a noise when we start the machine and lights on panel do disco dance... literally! We are scheduled to get this repaired, but the control panel quality is not good at all.

A lot quieter than I expected. Dishes are very clean. The only downside is i wish there was a way to dry your dishes without running through any cycles.

So far so good. Everything works as expected, except dry cycle is not as good as my old one, which was 22 years old. This seems to be a common complaint. Only time will tell how well it holds up.

Absolutely amazing cleaning capabilities!! Nice capacity, runs very quiet and great cleaning. The only thing I recommend is illuminating the control panel for better visibility to adjust settings for use.

This LG has been great so far. Quiet, efficient and cleans dishes really well. Wish we had gone for the WiFi version but oh well.
