After the first installers couldn't install, installation was rescheduled for a later date. When trying to verify my second installation date, I find that there was NO installation set, even though I have an email saying the installation was scheduled. This all leads to another LATER installation date. I can't tell you how INCOMPETENT BEST BUY HAS BECOME! Hopefully the third date will work and the installer can perform his JOB. Talking to TotalTECH was a complete failure, as they transferred me to a store for MORE HELP... The guy at the store wanted to give me another number to call... Absolutely incredible that BEST Buy is even in business as incompetent as this ONE SIMPLE purchase should have been. I can tell you one thing... After I get this done, my account will be closed and I will NEVER buy from BEST BUY again!

Buy with caution, Control Board Issues seem common

It started having some control board issues in the 12th month of ownership and I was busy caring for a newborn, so I didn't get around to calling about the issue. I called the day after 1 year and I'm basically SOL (out of luck). Buy with caution, product seems great when it works, but the reliability is poor.

Another crappy appliance

Dishwasher before this one only lasted 4 years. Starting to feel like buying appliances is like buying new jeans. Geez! I have a stove that is over 25 years old in my daycare. Current stove convectional broke at month 11, and two washers during covid! And now this! Ridiculous. LG dryer still kicking after 17 years. LG was dependable. Was.

This machine has been nothing but a headache since the day we got it! It has a fault code & alarm every other load saying the reservoir underneath is full of water, and this was a known problem! Just wish I’d known before wasting my money! In addition to having to pull it out of the wall to fix it every time just to get it to work… the dry setting is a joke! This dishwasher doesn’t dry anything! The only way you’ll have dry dishes from this machine is to let them air dry with the door open or dry them yourself with a towel. Save your money! Do Not buy this dishwasher!

This one sucks too. The bottom rack will NOT stay on the track. It’s way louder than there one I had before and even though there’s way to lock the buttons, if you lean against it working at the counter your body hits buttons potentially turning it off.

Buyer’s Remorse?

All I want are clean dry dishes, etc. Three hours to complete the wash, and even then the dishes aren’t completely dry. Still trying different settings but haven’t dialed it in yet. Based on what I’m seeing I would not buy were I you.

They pushed our appointment numerous times, didn’t show up to scheduled appointments, finally got installed to find a defective latch on the door, then another few weeks of waiting of them, then I was lied about part being ordered, waited again, finally got it installed and latch still not working properly, I am done using Best Buy
