    The bottom rack falls off the track every time i pull it out to load the dish’s. I have already broke two plates. Thought maybe it was installed incorrectly and had a second installer come out. He remounted it but said it is just a poor design and will continue to fall off rack

    Fairly noisy- and odd noises. Cleans dishes okay. If front panel is lightly brushed against the unit turns on. No option for short wash cycle.

The LG - 24" Front Control Smart Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher with 3rd Rack, Quadwash, and 48dba - Stainless steel has the Express Cycle (Short Wash). This cycle will quickly clean lightly soiled dishes.
      • This cycle does not have drying. Select the Extra
      Dry and Night Dry option or another cycle for
      better drying.
      • Press and hold Turbo for three seconds to
      activate. It also is equipped to do a half load, This option washes intensively by selecting the upper or lower rack to save energy and time. Press the Half Load button repeatedly to select the upper^ rack, down arrow for lower rack or to cancel. Plus Energy Saver.     The washer says SAMRT but it does not connect to LG ThinQ, Additionally once turned on, it goes over for ever does not stop after specified time. a total waste of money, electricity and water

    Didn’t work and when I had to return it, the manager never apologized or gave me any other options or suggestions or discount for any of my troubles.I had to pay a contractor to install the dishwasher and after all of that it only turned on for 1 minute and turned off. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service. The dishwasher was filled with water when we got it home. So I don’t understand why they don’t check to make sure that there’s issues with returns before reselling their appliances. It was a complete waste of my time energy and money

    .!! I WARNING YOU.!!! that this machine does not dry the dishes because its drying system is through a fan. It is very noisy, it makes as much noise as my clothes washer, I had to return it to the store and buy one that had 39db of noise and a drying element, that is what I would recommend.

    It stopped working at exactly 6 months. Still under manufacturer warranty. LG wouldn't honor it. So looks like my 5 year warranty is a ghost.

    I wish I could get my old one back. This is louder than my old one. I keep thinking someone is at my front door - no it’s the dishwasher. It drives me crazy. The cycles on this new one are too, too long. I don’t like it at all. I’ve read the manual to try and find a quicker cycle but nothing.

    For right now I am giving this product a 1 star review, I ordered it and scheduled the installation a week out. Today the contractors showed up and got to work removing my old dishwasher and installing this one. They then let me know that the box was damaged and saw that the drain hose was also damaged but installed it anyway. There was a leak in the obviously damaged hose and now I am stuck waiting for a new drain hose to be ordered and installed.

    The floor staff and the geek squad told me this dishwasher was wifi capable. I have a smart home due to my disability. After trying to get it to connect through the instructions, Yall telling me it must be my wifi signal, then getting a new modem and router... I called LG. This product is not wifi capable. Y'all let me down.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEREVICE!!! I buy a 5 year GeakSquad protection and its NOT on my receipt and when they send me another sheet its so small and blurry you cant read anything. Then they want to trf me to a 3rd person and I say no you'll trf me to a supv and they hang up on me.

    We were so excited to get a new dishwasher. This one hasn't met our expectations yet. It doesn't dry the dishes well. I added the drying feature but it's not great. Also noticed a smell. We've put dirty dishes in our old dishwasher and they would sit for days without running the cycle. This was a couple days and the inside smelled terrible. I think because it never dries completely inside. Not sure. Still deciding if we like it. It did clean the dishes and it is quiet. Not a fan.

      Drying performance is directly affected by the amount of heat that remains in the tub after the heated rinse is performed. If your dishwasher is far away from your home’s hot water heater, it may be necessary to run the hot water tap in the sink before starting a wash cycle, to ensure that cool water is purged from the hot water lines. This will ensure your dishwasher has a consistent supply of hot water from start to finish.

      Using the High Temp setting also aids in keeping the inner drum temperature and dishes hotter before drying begins. LG dishwashers are designed to be used in conjunction with a rinse aid. Using a rinse aid will maximize the amount of water that has already been sheeted away from the dishes before the dry cycle begins. If a rinse aid is used and the performance still needs a boost, adjust the amount of rinse aid used. 2 is the default setting, but if necessary set the level to 3 so more rinse aid is used.

      Water tends to bead rather than sheet of plastic and nonstick surfaces, making them more difficult to dry. If washing plastic items in a Normal cycle, select the Extra Dry or Night Dry option or both for better drying results. When the rinse aid is empty, the Extra Dry option is selected automatically.

      Allow the dishwasher to completely finish the dry cycle before opening the door. If the door is opened in the middle of the dry cycle, the heat that is necessary for the hybrid dry system to work will escape. This will cause all of the dishes inside to remain wet once the cycle finishes. ^Jennifer LG

    It takes too long for a cycle, even the short ones takes two hours. The racks are awkwardly position, the do not hold the plates in good position

    Noisy, dash board went dead just after 3 moths, I changed my old 55 dba dishwasher with this LG 48 dba to get quieter operation, but it turn out it’s not. All lights on control board went dead after 3 moth, know need to go through the suffering of calling them to com and check it out.
