The only complaint about this dishwasher is the top rack for glasses etc. doesn't seat very well when you push it in so the hookup between the top rack and water supply at the inside rear of the dishwasher doesn't properly provide water into the top spray arm to clean the items in the top. A lot of time you push the rack in and it feels like it's in all the way but it isn't. You have to wiggle the rack to line it up and or push it in hard. Note: you can't see the connection well so you have to go by feel. Otherwise it's pretty good for the price.

Dishwasher dries the dishes nicely with no left over water. Noise is quiet and not loud

Bought this machine based on great reviews. However, it does not hold a candle to my previous 20 year old Kenmore. The LG machine leaves dirty dishes and especially forks and spoons. Also requires extra dry time. Had to remove the third tray because it interfered with glasses on the second tray. The machine looks good and is very quiet, but that is all I can say about it.

Easy installation - works great! It is also much quieter than our old machine.

So far so good! Installation went smoothly. Only wish Best Buy would get my account fixed. Giving me the runaround. Four phone calls and still not fixed.

:RANT ALERT: I went to a BB location with my fiance in search of this specific dishwasher to take advantage of the black friday deal. A few minutes after getting to the appliance section a sales assoc approached us asking if we needed help. I showed his a picture on my phone of the dishwasher we were looking for as we could not find it. At that point he went into full sales mode and just recommended the "top of the line" model they had to offer. He spouted a bunch of features that the dishwasher he wanted us to buy has. It went for like 5-7mins before we chimed in. It was after he talked about the "elliptical sound curve" and how his recommended dishwasher was rated like 42db. I let him know we are not concerned about sound, as its not a requirement we particularly care about for a dishwasher. His mannerism completely changed at that point and just brushed us off with a snarky attitude stating to "contact me if we have any additional questions, since you know so much about dishwashers." We both felt a certain way about his comment especially since he never asked us any qualifying questions about what WE WANT in a dishwasher before trying to upsell. At that point he lost us as customers so I proceeded to Home Depot to buy the Home Depot exclusive of the same exact model. I am quite excited for the dishwasher to come in at the end of this week.

Unfortunately I let the return window lapse after I lost track of time and I wanted to swap it for something else. I would say overall it does a good job, but silverware seems to be the downfall. If I used the silverware caddy with the holder you can see the mark on the silverware where it holds it so now I flip it up and don't use it. I am also having to wipe many of the utensils down because they have a film or run them through again because there is more residue than I would just wipe off. It also doesn't dry as thoroughly as my old one. Things are still wet. A tech came out and basically just told me to use 1 particular setting all the time. Why have a new unit with variable settings and they tell you just use one. The times I used the overnight dry one in the morning everything was very wet. I am disappointed and wish I remembered to reach out before the deadline. For the cost and supposed improvement in technology it should be better. I feel like even though my old one was old and a part was broken, it still got stuff cleaner.

Overall I like the product. The racks seem a little flimsy compared to my previous dishwasher, but they are working so I cannot rate the durability yet. It does not have the radiant heat drying which have pros and cons, but the dishes do not dry very quickly, best to run it overnight.

Works so quiet and displays timing of wash. Has cleaned dishes very spotless. Great new dishwasher recommended

Still reading the manual because it doesn’t show where you can change the time on the options two hours to do a cycle as long

I was in search of a black dishwasher because all of my other kitchen appliances are black. After searching for black in other stores like Airport Appliances, Sears, Friedman's and etc. I was excited about finding the LG-24 Front Control with all of the modern features and at a great price! It was delivered timely, installed and the old dishwasher removed....it turned out to be a PERFECT decision and I'm very happy with my purchase and Best Buy service.

Overall, the dishwasher does a great job for cleaning. It's easy to use. My only complaint, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, is that rack is awkward and I feel like it could have more slots. Perhaps they could have the slots fold down if they felt it needed to be wider. I feel like I can fit less dishes because of it.

This is a nice dishwasher. I love the silverware shelf on top. It’s a little loud. You definitely know when the dishwasher is running. But it cleans well and dries the dishes. What more could you want in a dishwasher.

I am so happy with this new dishwasher. It has kept me organized in a way where previously I was overloading each cycle, The third tier rack is so helpful for everyday odds and ends that typically fall through the racks on other dishwashers. i love the cute song LG plays to notify you that it his finished the job!

I love lg products. We have a large family and this dishwasher is perfect for our family!!

This dishwasher has been amazing! It was very easy to install, although be warned it does not come with a hose or power cable so make sure to have that on hand. It works wonderfully, there is so much space inside the machine, and it's quiet. Absolutely love this dishwasher and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Easy to use, variety of options for washing, very quiet, good energy saver, and flexible racks for different types of items. Very satisfactory purchase.

I bought this about four years ago. It's an absolute piece of garbage. Here are some observations: 1) The LED light is now more difficult to read, making it hard to tell what the timer says. 2) The lower rack derails all the time when you push it in. 3) The middle rack is hard to push in all the way so that it properly butts against the water inlet. If you fail to get it all the way in, it leaks from the lower left hand side of the door, then spouts steam up towards the counter (it ruined my cheap MDF counter by dousing it in steam). When it drips, it also rusts the front door arm that secures it to the main unit. 4) Something about the motor must be going bad - it's ridiculously loud now and makes a buzzing noise when washing. You can barely hear yourself think or watch a movie. As an aside, the Geek Squad warranty is absolutely worthless. The technician pretty much said that they'll only fix it if it stops working. So the noise, rack, rust - not covered. The only think I like about it is that it cleans well and I like the air drying feature. Do yourself a favor, and don't buy an LG, and for Pete's sake skip the Geek Squad warranty (which is administered by some other company).
