This dishwasher has been amazing! It was very easy to install, although be warned it does not come with a hose or power cable so make sure to have that on hand. It works wonderfully, there is so much space inside the machine, and it's quiet. Absolutely love this dishwasher and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this about four years ago. It's an absolute piece of garbage. Here are some observations: 1) The LED light is now more difficult to read, making it hard to tell what the timer says. 2) The lower rack derails all the time when you push it in. 3) The middle rack is hard to push in all the way so that it properly butts against the water inlet. If you fail to get it all the way in, it leaks from the lower left hand side of the door, then spouts steam up towards the counter (it ruined my cheap MDF counter by dousing it in steam). When it drips, it also rusts the front door arm that secures it to the main unit. 4) Something about the motor must be going bad - it's ridiculously loud now and makes a buzzing noise when washing. You can barely hear yourself think or watch a movie. As an aside, the Geek Squad warranty is absolutely worthless. The technician pretty much said that they'll only fix it if it stops working. So the noise, rack, rust - not covered. The only think I like about it is that it cleans well and I like the air drying feature. Do yourself a favor, and don't buy an LG, and for Pete's sake skip the Geek Squad warranty (which is administered by some other company).

It's.... fine. Door is flimsy. Always water inside after 'drying'. Sliding racks feel cheap. This LG replaced a Whirlpool that died outside the warranty but would have required repairs close to the cost of a new one. So we took a flyer on this l. It could go for a long time but I doubt it. Durable goods aren't very durable these days..

This is our second LG dishwasher. This unit runs very quiet. Installation was easy. So far, there are no issues

Great buy on this LG dishwasher. After having customer service difficulties with other big box appliance dealers, dealing with Best Buy was like a breath of fresh air. The communication was excellent, the product is very good, and the installers were professional and friendly. BestBuy installation a quick! Removal and install quick! The dishwasher 5 stars. Quiet and efficient. I love having the third row for cooking spoons. This dishwasher is adjustable on the lower two rows for different sized items. It’s a win.

Spacious and quality for the price. 3rd shelf is a bit confusing if you have silvertray tray but can be of use for certain items, good to have as opposed to not. Cleans great. Wash times seem a bit long but it does the job.

Don't care how it has you stack dishes in washer and thought the third shelf was a game changer but it wasn't

I love this dishwasher and with best buy it was easy to install. It has a silverware tray at the top that is so nice and is more sanitary than the standup kind.

Easy to install and easy to set up wash cycles. Runs quietly and dishes come out clean. I like the adjustable rack and the third rack for utencils.

I’v tried cycles normal, heavy, and energy saver. Normal does not do a good job at cleaning. Energy didn’t dry at all. Heavy cleaned, but it was 3:15 minutes. However, I used liquid cascade. The directions say to only use pods. I’m going to try pods and see if that helps. I like the top utensils rack and that the middle rack is moveable for taller pieces. It most of all I want clean dishes and so far with liquid soap it does a bad job.

Purchase was easy transaction. The installers were timely and courteous, they cleaned up after themselves and demonstrated the washers features and how to operate it
