The machine is quiet and seems to wash dishes just fine. Love the third top rack. Only complaint I have for this unit is the drying, or the lack thereof. I compared many units and wanted a dishwasher that would dry better than my old one. Well, the description said it was a heated element dry. This DOES NOT have a heating element. Uses the rinse aid a heat from the water to dry dishes. Water just sits upon any tupperware or anything that can hold water. Would have 5 stars if this had a better drying system.

Quite dishwasher and cleans dishes very well. Most say the installer that was used, Ky Nelson, was the best! There was an issue with our first dishwasher so we had to put in a new one. We had no problem at all with Best Buy getting a new one right away. Working great!

Great...except. It does everything that it says and is super quiet. The only problem is that it does not dry the dishes as advertised. I have tried every setting on the dishwasher and none of them (even the "Extra Dry") will dry the dishes.

At first it didn't seem to be cleaning my dishes, but then I read about needing a booster for hard water...my dishes come out clean, shiny, no water spots...wonderful. The only drawback is the detergent holder cover doesn't click into it's space all the time.

This dishwasher only lasted about 18 months! The motor need to be replaced and the motor is the only thing still covered under warranty, LG will still charge for installation which would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher, with no guarantee that it will last any longer than another 18 months. The tech we had come look at it, said many dishwashes are bad but LG is the worst due to the type of motor they used. I will never buy LG appliances again. Also the controls on this are very sensitive so if you are leaning against the counter for anything you can accidently turn it on or off.

It’s an excellent product. Leave all the dishes super clean.

Well it’s louder than we thought it would be and it doesn’t clean the dishes as well as our bargain basement Whirlpool did. I had high expectations that were not met, but this isn’t the top of the line so I think it is what it is. Would I buy again? No.

Excellent dishwasher. Cleans beautifully and dries completely. The three shelves are a must. Fits a lot of dish ware, pots and silverware. One of the best dishwashers I’ve had.

Doesn't clean as well as I was hoping. If it wasn't so hard to take back out I would return it. bought it because of the top shelf, but it's worthless. It is quiet but takes too long.

Dishwasher takes too long to do its job. There seems to be no way to tell when the wash cycle stops and the dry cycle begins. I want to shut the machine off when washing stops and before the dry cycle begins.

Great dishwasher. Beautiful and very smartly designed ergonomics. The silver wear drawer is genius. The delivery and installation was awesome as well. We just moved in the house and noticed that the old OLD ooold dishwasher (it had nobs) was draining into the sink. Ends up that was because the garbage disposal was installed improperly by the pervious owner. They fixed the disposal free of charge.

Love this machine! It is so quiet, we were concerned it wasn’t even working initially! Items come out spotless with no water stains. A big improvement compared to our last machine.

I am very pleased with my purchase it works very well and I’m glad I no longer have to hand wash dishes
