Love my new dishwasher so far! It is so much quieter than my 15 year old one. It uses less water and if also cleaning my dishes way better. I should have bought a new one before now.

This dishwasher seems to work just fine, I haven't had any problems with the dishes not drying as some others have said. Some of the plastic objects were somewhat wet but when I use "Extra Dry" that seems to solve that problem. I'm not sure it takes 3 hours to wash and dry the dishes but that is what it shows. But it does do a good job. Like the extra tray on top to clean the utensils.

Nice and quiet - the inside stainless keeps the glasses looking spotless

very nice. no issues. I just don't really like how there is no feedback when you press buttons besides a delayed audio tone, so you cant tell if you pressed it until the audio tone or delayed lights come on.

It is a much needed upgrade from my old dishwasher. Very happy with this appliance...super quiet!

Did not expect it to be as good as it is. Not good reviews in Consumer Reports but this is the best dishwasher I've owned...so far. Many options for washing dishes but it has an overnight dry option that works great. Any cups or bowls that have a concave bottom will hold water though. It is also comparatively quiet.

Tl;dr Bad product, geek squad not able to fix it, and total member not really protecting the customer. I bought this unit on Dec 2022. A year later it errored out with two different codes. As a “Total member” customer, I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal, they would repair it, or replace it if needed. It has failed 4 more times since then, every time, we have waited for about 10 days for the repair services team to receive the parts needed to “fix” it. The second time it failed, they told me that if they couldn’t repair it on that one, or the one after, they would just give me a new unit. Today, it failed for the 4th time, so I asked for the unit to be replaced since the unit is clearly not actually fixed, they told me they will replace it again and to not be worried about because it would be “free”. Again, I am paying for “total member” so is not free, I supposedly paid for a premium coverage, and yet they cannot fix it, and I am the one experiencing the frequent downtime.

DOES A GREAT JOB AND IS SO QUIET EASY TO USE AND WOULD RECOMMEND

Very nice and quiet dishwasher. Surprised at how long the wash and dry cycles are. Also leaves water drops on the inner racks and door. But the dishes and glasses are dry and not water spotted ?? Very puzzling.

I am very happy with this LG dishwasher model. Great looking with barely any running noise. Sometimes, I wonder if it is running. Many options with washing cycle. Price was little higher than other manufacturers but it was wirth it. It has nice stainless steel look & a 10-yr warrantee.

I'm quite disappointed with this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet which I love. But that's kind of the last positive feature. I do like that it has a third rack but it's kind of useless because the things on the third rack don't get cleaned. Actually, none of my dishes are getting cleaned well. I don't know if this is just a lemon or if the overall dishwasher itself has so many flaws. The way the dishes sit in the rats is awkward compared to my last dishwasher so I don't feel like they get enough exposure to the water. I would have to load my dishwasher only half full in order to get adequate access of pressured water to every dish and that defeats the purpose. Also, the dry feature does not seem to work at all! My dishes are soaking wet when I open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle even after the dry cycle. Also, the dishwasher never dries out inside once you close it so when you open up again it stinks. I was out of dishwasher for almost the entire summer so I am sad that I'm going to have to go return this and get another one

Very pleased with the Best Buy salesperson, delivery and install. I would recommend you inform buyers that they need a GFI outlet for the install to take place. Operational the dishwasher is performing as expect.
