Lovely little tune when the cycle is finished. Love the 3rd top rack for silverware and utensils. The stainless steel interior is still spotless.

It runs quietly abd the top tray fir small items is so helpful. One must use caution, however, when sliding the bottom rack out part way over the door to fill. It is easy to pull it too far out, then a problem to slide vack inside the dishwasher. Overall, we are quite pleased one month after delivery.

The top third tray has been useful for large utensils. I also like the touch functions and soft bell notice when it's finished. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Was supposed to have a delivery with install 4/9. They came to deliver and the entire front of the dishwasher was dented in. Called the next day to reschedule for 4/16. Today is 4/15 and even though i received an email confirming the appointment, the app doesnt show anything and tells me to schedule an appointment. Called them today and apparently I have no appointment tomorrow. They rescheduled AGAIN for 4/25 (now a month out from purchase and a $250 installation fee) and I suspect the same thing will happen because even though i received an email that it is scheduled, the app is still asking me to schedule a delivery (which doesn’t work). I asked if i could just cancel the order and reorder, but apparently it is “shipped” so I cannot do that either. They also convinced me to join total tech when I purchased, but have yet to price match me despite my app showing the product for $100 cheaper than I purchased it for. I’ve asked three customer service reps and been met with an excuse every time.
