DIED in 18 MONTHS!

The motor need to be replaced and the motor is the only thing still covered under warranty, LG will still charge for installation which would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher, with no guarantee that it will last any longer than another 18 months. The tech we had come look at it, said many dishwashes are bad but LG is the worst due to the type of motor they used. I will never buy LG appliances again. Also the controls on this are very sensitive so if you are leaning against the counter for anything you can accidently turn it on or off.

Also leaves water drops on the inner racks and door. But the dishes and glasses are dry and not water spotted ?? Very puzzling.

I've had this dishwasher for 11 months. It's been working less than half of that. Between the initial phone call, the 1st visit, waiting for the ordered part, finding a date to install the part only to try again - order a different part, wait for it, install it - the "repairs" can take 4 weeks to 2.5 months to take place! Give it another 2-3 weeks & it breaks down again! No chance for a return via Best Buy & LG refuses to back up their warrantee either. My suggestion: buy a cheaper dishwasher that works & avoid this one! GOOD LUCK.

I just don't really like how there is no feedback when you press buttons besides a delayed audio tone, so you cant tell if you pressed it until the audio tone or delayed lights come on.

Not good reviews in Consumer Reports but this is the best dishwasher I've owned...so far. Many options for washing dishes but it has an overnight dry option that works great. Any cups or bowls that have a concave bottom will hold water though. It is also comparatively quiet.

So far its good and i am happy. All my appliance are LG. This dish washer is quiet while running. Like the turbo feature. Pots and pans comes out clean. I will recommend
