Install and delivery guy was amazing. Quick, clean, friendly and punctual.

We are always accidentally turning it on by pushing the buttons with our hips or belly. I hate the utensil basket, it makes the rack off balance when pulling out the bottom rack and comes off of the tracks. The wheels also fall off easily. It does not dry completely and you have to rinse your dishes thoroughly before putting them into the dishwasher or they will not come out clean. I really wish I did not purchase this dishwasher.

It looks very nice and matches our other LG Black stainless appliances but it doesn't clean very well and it does Not dry our dishes. We pre rinse everything before we wash it so a basic dishwasher usually does fine. This one does not.

For optimal drying performance, using rinse aid is essential—please check if the rinse aid indicator is blinking and refill if needed. We also recommend selecting the “Extra Dry” or “Night Dry” option if available on your unit. Additionally, after the cycle finishes, try slightly opening the door to let steam escape and help prevent moisture from settling back onto your dishes. If you’re using an all-in-one detergent, consider switching to separate detergent and rinse aid for better results.

I was worried that the dishes would not dry because there is no heating element. That has not happened so far, every time I remove the dishes, they have been dry. It also seems to have more room than my old dishwasher.
