Great washer for the price. Great deal when we bought it!

This dish washer is very easy to use and cleans dishes thoroughly. Was a little difficult to install on my own. If you are not mechanically inclined I would definitely pay for installation.

Keeps all my dishes spotless and super clean and dry!

Works as advertised. Easy loading and a lot of spay. I especially like the flatware feature.

It’s a great dishwasher. So far no issues. It works well and looks nice.

Started tripping the breaker 15 months after buying it. Lg charges $350 min to come out and fix it. Supposedly parts are still under warranty but it is unclear how to claim the parts warranty without lg coming fix it. If you do buy make sure to pay for the extended warranty. It did a decent job cleaning when it worked but is nothing special.

Not 100% in love with the top mini rack. It does get in the way if you have bigger bowls or cups. I would buy the same one but without the mini rack. Does it’s job and cleans well.

Great dishwasher. Little disappointed that the Smart feature only works if you have an Android. May had skipped this model if I knew.

Works great but takes 2.5 hours on shortest cycle! This is longer to run than a full load of laundry in my LG washer!!

We upgraded to this LG dishwasher because we wanted to get something quieter than our current Amana one. A major reason we bought this one instead of something cheaper is because it was advertised as 48dba. But, while it is quieter than our old one, it does not come close to being only 48dba! My decimeter shows it to operate between 55-65dba! (and yes, it is flush mounted to the top and sides of the cabinet opening) It cleans just fine, but it is not very quiet.

Super quiet, love the third rack on top for large utensils, second rack is a overall great feature and wonderful to adjust in height. Numerous wash and dry selections are even a greater plus.

Perfect dishwasher which is working with very clean and silent.

It's a good size. I like how there is a thin draw on top to place long utensils. It does make some sound when using. Some people hear a high pitch sound, but I don't hear that.

Washes great! So much better than the old dishwasher we had. The only thing that I am disappointed by is the drying feature.Everything is still soaking wet.

Complaining here because maybe someone will see it and customer service is a joke. Was supposed to have a delivery with install 4/9. They came to deliver and the entire front of the dishwasher was dented in. Called the next day to reschedule for 4/16. Today is 4/15 and even though i received an email confirming the appointment, the app doesnt show anything and tells me to schedule an appointment. Called them today and apparently I have no appointment tomorrow. They rescheduled AGAIN for 4/25 (now a month out from purchase and a $250 installation fee) and I suspect the same thing will happen because even though i received an email that it is scheduled, the app is still asking me to schedule a delivery (which doesn’t work). I asked if i could just cancel the order and reorder, but apparently it is “shipped” so I cannot do that either. They also convinced me to join total tech when I purchased, but have yet to price match me despite my app showing the product for $100 cheaper than I purchased it for. I’ve asked three customer service reps and been met with an excuse every time.

Haven’t had it long but so far I’m very pleased with the dishwasher. It is very quiet and cleans well,I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dishwasher.

Did a great job installing but then noticed a bunch of dents on the inside of the door went back told them about it at Best buy and Patricia immediately talk to the LG representative and they're replacing my whole dishwasher for free great service.
