Be sure to order correctly the first time, checking if top controls are compatible with your counter top. I had to return dishwasher and reorder a dishwasher with front controls. CONS: 1. We had to remove the silverware divider/rack because it’s too hard and time-consuming to take out each piece of silverware 2. The bottom rack for bowls and dishes is a bit small. 3. I’m very upset and confused that the detergent holder/dispenser didn’t open (so far, once). We ended up with all the dirty/greasy dishes and silverware unloaded and put away, (because we didn’t check the dispenser before unloading.) It was stuck closed. We’ll check for sure from now on. PS. We use liquid, not pods, so there’s really no reason for its sticking. PROS: 1.The TURBO setting becomes a convenient QUICK/LIGHT wash by pressing on it for 3-4 seconds. 2. The stainless steel is beautiful. Because of all above, I’ve read the entire manual. I would buy this dishwasher again. But if the dispenser continues to stick, I’ll call Geek Squad repair. The Protection insurance is worth the money, but Best Buy TRULY needs to improve their phone service for appointments. It’s horrible, time-consuming, dropped calls, then a cancellation! Better to let the in-store GS do everything.

The dishwasher works great and I love the 3rd rack for the silverware

It's a decent dishwasher, but I find it disturbing that this more up-to-date dishwasher is not drying dishes as well as conventional dishwashers. It conserves energy but found it very unsatisfying the result of the drying function.

Great machine with many options for cycles. Love the ability to do an express wash, add extra drying when needed or run an Auto cycle. The only drawback compared to our previous LG dishwasher is that you can’t fit as much stuff in this one.

Best purchase EVER! We only had a crappy $50 Craigslist dishwasher before this one which we bought out of desperation after moving into our new home 4 years ago and the thing LITERALLY fell apart. This LG dishwasher is so quiet, my husband and I have had to check that out was actually running several times after first using it. We no longer have to wash our dishes before washing our dishes, crank up the TV while the dishwasher is running, OR flip the breaker outside the house whenever we want to run a load of dishes. Such a huge upgrade! The installation guys were fantastic as well- very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a new dishwasher.

This dishwasher is amazing ! Metal body on the inside, top draw for silverware, also set and forget auto functions ... buyer beware, known main drive motor failure with this model. I returned my new unit and got it replaced, as the issue popped up on first use. other users report the issue after 2 years of use, so buy the warranty. the product does work amazingly !!!

A nice dishwasher that fits easily if you have a tighter space. It takes a few times to figure out what works best. For me it's just a "normal" cycle with the Extra Dry to get a great job every time.

Love the ease of use. The ability to adjust shelves is very helpful.

I love this dishwasher. It has plenty of room and is super quiet. Not to mention it freaking washes my dishes for me!!! No more washing dishes by hand like a peasant!! Lol

This is a great product. Very efficient. Easy to use.

This dishwasher is so much more efficient than our previous washer, however, there seems to be a little less space for dishes having that extra tray at the top. The drying of the dishes seems to be lacking as well. Not a huge deal because the machine runs quiet, it’s effective, and seems to save on electricity. Time will tell at the end of this year how much we actually saved. One other gripe I have are the touch controls. They are a bit too sensitive and I always seem to turn the dang thing on when I close the door. Overall, a real good dishwasher for what you’re paying for.

It’s quiet and cleans well but my favorite feature is the fact that you can clean out the bottom if it gets gunky. My old dishwasher, small food particles would get caught in the jet sprays, and there was no way to clean them out. This one catches all of the food or any thing that’s too large to go through the bottom, with a simple twist and pull I can pull out the filter, rinse it out and put it back in . It keeps the dishes clean and they come out sparkling. I also love the extra 3rd rack on top for knifes. I bought this one online without looking at it, and I was very pleasantly pleased would definitely recommend recommend.

It's well built unit and overall satified. One caveat is that it takes overnight to dry 90% but never get 100% dried.

It’s working great. It certainly justifies the brand reputation.

Great dishwasher so far. Cleans great love the features and space. Just wish it had sanitizing mode and extended drying. Sometimes the dishes come out and they’re still very wet and if I don’t get to it in time it gets moldy
