I LOVE THIS DISHWASHER!!! It is so quiet and cleans the dishes so well. The washer has many choices to choose from with regard to washing dishes. An extra bonus is the 3rd rack. It is just the right size to put cooking utensils or small condiment containers.

Easy to use, multiple functions and good performance.

I purchased this dishwasher and paid for professional - Best Buy - installation and protection from geek squad. Shortly after installed, I tried to return it or exchange it because the dishes stink like rot. Neither Best Buy or the manufacturer took responsibility. I’m currently - while Inget bounced around for months- stuck with this dishwasher that gets turned on by the slight accidental touch when we walk by, makes dishes stink, does not wash them properly, and has multiple hours cycle. I don’t see any pros for this one, just cons. All dishes are fully wet after cycle - and extra dry- is over.

Easy to install. Dishwasher is relatively quiet. The night time dry is a nice feature as well as top silverware rack. Dishwasher has been installed for a little over a month with no issues.

This is a wonderful dishwasher, efficient, durable and modern looking. Own one and bought this one for my daughter. We are very happy with LG appliances and Best Buy services.

Washer was so quiet, i had to go see if it was working. It was, it ran for a long time. The only thing is the drying. I had water drops on the inside door. So i had to leave the door open for the drops to dry. Love the tune it plays to signal dishwasher was done. Dishes were clean and dried. Good dishwasher. Consumers Reports ranked the LG products very high. First, or second. Next LG will be the stove.

Seems to be working well after a month of use. Control lock is very handy for our setup but I wish it would auto turn off if you open to add a new item and then close it to resume. It will beep at you to press start again but you have to do the control lock first to allow the start button to be responsive. Adjustable shelves are very easy to move. Motor is quiet and mostly what you hear is the water rushing through the tub. Overall, very pleased. This is my second LG (we moved) and I'm planning on replacing the whole kitchen with the brand based on this and prior experiences.

I bought this LG dishwasher to replace another LG dishwasher which I purchased elsewhere 3 years ago. That was an earlier Smart Model, possibly a lemon, and it seemed more prudent to buy new than to replace the motherboard for a third time. Hopefully I'll have better luck this time around. Pros: Very quiet, does a great job at getting dishes clean, easy to clean, easy controls, has built-in water heater boost. Cons: SmartFeatures are gimmicky, not all that useful. Surprisingly this model didn't have WIFI nor as many rack options for dishes, wine glasses, etc.

Most of the features are great for the price. The internal racks that you put dishes in are substandard. I wished I would have bought a higher grade system.

We have owned GE, Bosch, and Maytag dishwashers and find this LG to be the best so far. It washes thoroughly, doesn't make a lot of noise and has a turbo cycle that finishes in 1 hour. It also was priced reasonably. We have found that price does not reflect quality or dependability. We especially like the 3rd rack. We can take out the silverware basket and have more room for dishes and pots. Since we turn it on before bed, the Turbo cycle works well for us. It finishes in 60 minutes and everything is dry even though Turbo does not have a dry cycle. Very pleased.

I find it very complicated and it runs for one cycle three hours on normal wash and fails to dry the dishes properly. I find this purchase very unhappy.

It cleans well, but it is louder than we expected. The bottom rack needs more crossbars. Our lighter square shaped dishes turn and hit the bottom washer arm. We are having to put zip ties down there to fix it. The top utensil rack is great. One other thing to know, this is a very deep unit. It was a tight fit. Not much room for the water and drain hoses behind it. All that being said, it does clean very well and we are happy with it overall.

Our previous dishwasher came with the house and the just wasn't cutting it any more. We've only had this one a month or two, but it works really well and gets the dishes really clean. I love the adjustable racks for when we have odd-sized dishes. The removable third rack is great for my wife's silicone cookie baking sheets and large utensils. And the machine is so quiet the first time it came on when set to delayed start I almost didn't notice it.

THE FIRST ONE WAS DELIVERED CRACKED. IT WAS INSTALLED AND I'M WAITING FOR THE NEW ONE. THIS ONE IS WORKING AND I LIKE HOW IT WORKS. LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING THE NEW UNDAMAGED UNIT.

Works great always gets the dishes clean does not allow the dishes to dry is the only drawback you do have to open it to let them air dry
