I got this in November 2022 and warranty expired in November 2024. In May 2025 the motor bearing went out and the pump started having issues. If you buy this, get Best Buy Protection and extend it before the 2 years is up. We ran it 5 days a week on the longer cycle; we have 5 people in our household and so we have a full sink of dishes each day. It does not dry very well, and we routinely had to air dry the dishes or hand dry. Not sure if it was setup right but there wasnt a little front exhaust port like the Deathstar. It is very quiet though and the top rack does actually clean. I'd say the 3rd rack is not needed and you can get that space back. My sister had a GE that lasted 12 years and counting. So I am going with that for my next dishwasher.

Doesn’t dry as well as I would expect a dishwasher to dry, but overall a great dishwasher and easy install.

The LG Dishwaser is very efficient and saves on electricity and water. We wanted to get away from manually washing dishes to save water on our utility bill. Also, it was time consuming and time better spent doing other tasks and chores. I have had this dishwasher for nearly a year and it still going strong. No issues with the panel, which seems to be a major issue with many dishwashers. LG dishwasher doesn't have this issue with the panel facing out, so it doesn't get "cooked" in the steam. My only caveat is that when the cycle ends, it will show "End" lit up on the small LED until you open it all the way. Sometimes I would forget and the LED would stay on until you open it to make it go away. I can understand why this is a feature so that you know the dishwashers finished its job. Overall, I give it a highly recommended. It looks sleek, beautiful, and simple. It has more features and functionalities than I will ever need, but that is more than welcomed for people that have preferences. Additionally, I installed this myself and it was not too difficult to install. No leaks. High quality.

I had a samsung that worked pretty well but had a breakdown within the first year.... THEY ARE CRAP based on the lack of customer support so dont buy Samsung products. I switched to this one that appeared to be comparable. It works, it cleans, but its louder than my former unit, although it said it was the same. It also was supposed to be screwed in and today I noticed it was not. Best Buy has great support and the staff are really nice. But just make sure you check everything before they leave.

So far no complaints. My dishes have been washed and sanitized without any residue. Makes is very convenient after a long busy day at work.

The dreaded time came that we needed to replace our dishwasher so we went with a brand we know, trust, and love. So far the washer keeps up with the demands of a four family household and leaves our dishes spotless and fresh every time. I’m hard of hearing and struggle when there is a lot of ambient sound but its a non issue with how wonderfully quiet this machine is when running. I opted to install myself, and as a do it yourself dad who spends more time looking for his tool he just set down, I’m happy to report it was out of the box and in its permanent spot in about 35-45 minutes. The directions were easy and clear and the quick guide is a useful reference tell you get a hang of the settings. All in all my wife and I love the washer and highly recommend it.

So quiet and gets glasses cleaner than our previous dishwasher.

Wasn't sure about no heated dry. But turns out I get great results without it. Would buy again.

This is a great dishwasher and worth every penny. We had a Samsung which was absolute garbage and gave us issues from day one. We have had zero issues with this and it does a great job of cleaning the dishes.

Functional dishwasher with many cycles, but doesn't completely dry

We bought this when our old dishwasher quit on us. This machine is leaps and bounds above our old one. It gets everything sparkling clean with zero residue. We can even wash silicone stuff in it, without them coming out tasting like soap. We love it—and my kids get a kick out of the little song it plays when it's finished washing.

we like our new dishwasher except for one thing there is no quick wash cycle option, other than that everything else is excellent.

Thus far (after 3 washings), the dishwasher is quiet and the dishes are clean as can be, It took a little study to figure the correct cycles and buttons to push, but once done, things run smoothly.

Works great and is VERY QUIET! I like the choice of cycles and the fact that I have the choice for a heated dry -- to use or not to use.

That dishwasher is a third rack that is amazing as a full down rack areas for large bowls and stuff. I love this dishwasher. It’s so quiet and works so nice.
