One of the reasons for doing so was that this particular dish washer came with a steel tub which we felt would be a plus. So far, the washer has functioned great, and we would recommend it to anyone. Of course, the price was very attractive as well.

It is also very quiet. However, I always have to dry off just about everything except plates when I unload it.

The inside is much larger than my previous one. There are 3 tiers: one for dishes, pots and pans, one for glassware and one way on top for cooking utensils. The booklet shows you how to stack service for 10. There’s many different settings, including one for drying overnight. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Very quiet unit and the third rack is OK but not what I thought it would be. You can actually do without that 3rd rack and not pay the extra money. The dryer completely cannot dry dishes, even pressing the extra buttons for overnight, extra-dry, turbo dry, etc. etc. Wish the manufacturer would stop apologizing to everyone who bought this unit and make a better one and giving us a chance to trade this one in for a working dishwasher that can dry dishes. You would think for over $800.00 that would be a no-brainer. Will not be buying this manufacturers dishwashers again and I suggest if you are looking for a good dryer to keep looking and don’t stop at this one. You were warned!

The sales staff really sat down with us and helped pick this out. I just love the 3rd rack and use it for all forks, knives and spoons leaving a lot more room at the bottom. So glad I chose Best Buy to purchase this new dishwasher.

Does a good job cleaning and drying, but the racks are not great. The bottom rack does not have space for larger soup or salad bowls. The 3rd (top) rack only can accommodate utensils so not really functional.
