Occasional must sounds for no apprent reason just baffle us. The tines on the top spoon rack are not sturdy enough and a couple a already breaking off. The design of the upper rack for bowls, cups and smaller items could be a little better.

Silverware top drawer is awkward to use.

It catches on items in the second slide out and doesn’t provide much room besides basic flatware and bottom slide out already has silverware holder.

Very quiet, but doesnt dry completely

I took 2 stars away because the inside stays wet, even with the extra heat dry. Maybe mine is defective? Any one else having drying issues? Wish it had a dry and or heat plate cycle
