Extremely knowledgeable team and worked really well together. Their recommendation couldn’t have been better. I can’t even hear the dishwasher when it’s running. The 3rd rack is fantastic, and everything comes out super clean! Also, I’m glad I chose to install myself. It was way easier than expected.

It is just easier for us to throw the silverware on the third top rack. I never had a dishwasher with a stainless steel interior before. It is so pretty! Doesn’t completely dry the dishes but no dishwasher ever does. I have never bought LG before. I am hoping that this LG model lasts for many years to come.

The 3 levels of shelves are helpful for handling specific objects. Would like a bit more configuration on the bottom level, but it certainly does the job!

Installation was part of my contract but when it was delivered the delivermen said they couldn't install it. They told me to call a plumber. After chatting online and calling Best Buy I would have to wait another 4 weeks for installation with no guarantee I would get the same men. So I paid $148 .00 to have it installed!!

It happens if I accidentally bump the control panel. The water actually starts spraying, even though the door is open. The local service department has not been able to figure out what the problem is. There must be some type of design flaw. It also takes over two hours for a cycle to run, which seems like a very long time. And even though I’ve had the dishwasher for approximately five months, it still has a weird chemical smell.

We strive to provide high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. The door latch and sensor are designed to prevent exactly that, so if water is spraying during a bump or touch without the door being properly secured, this may point to a faulty door switch or a control board issue.
We also hear you about the cycle length—most ENERGY STAR certified dishwashers, like this one, do tend to run longer to save water and energy, but we definitely don’t want that to affect performance or safety. And regarding that lingering chemical smell, running an empty cycle with white vinegar on the top rack and baking soda on the bottom can help neutralize it. However the dish racks have room for improvement. I have square dishes and racks are not really designed with square dishes in mind. Also, stem ware does not fit on the glasses rack.

That its perfect runs very very quiet an for the price I purchased it was awesome. I dont know to much about how to run it so i just run it on normal. Dishes come out sparkling. Thats all i can say right now everything is working the way it should.
