Best Buy service let us down. "Emergency" service took nearly a week! The product is quite good. Best Buy service failed us!!!!

If I could I'd give it 3 1/2 stars as it cleans the dishes but takes A LONG time to do so. The normal wash without using an added rinse is a about 2 1/2 hours. With that time the dishes don't even get 100% dried. With the "extra dry" function it moves the overall time to a little over 3 hours. Also, its a bit louder than I thought it would be. Its not a bad option for the price though.

Also like the 3rd rack for utensils.

Still learning loading efficiently, but love this appliance! So many different cycles and things to learn, but great manual included and simple explanations. No regrets.
