Love our new LG dishwasher, and love the space. The middle rack moves up and down to accommodate pots in bottom rack or to make room in the middle rack.

Loving the 3rd rack! Installed this myself to save on installation costs. Easy peasy if you know what you are doing. It’s so quiet I barely notice when it’s running. Dishes come out clean and the stainless steel look is sharp looking in my kitchen!

We love our new dishwasher. My only complaint are the bottom rack falls out of the track almost every time I pull it out and the dishes don’t get completely dry.

Runs quietly, and has many wash and dry combinations to choose from. The third rack is also very helpful for larger utensils or odd items that don’t quite have a spot on the lower racks.

Very quiet except on Turbo mode. Love having the extra rack.

Very, very quiet when running a load of dishes. The amount of room the top shelf saves is amazing compared to older dishwashers. Beautiful, modern design as well. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Do Not Buy this machine! It has stopped working four times in the four months that I've owned it. LG customer service is terrible. They keep telling me that I must be using cheap detergent (I use Cascade Platinum) or too much of it (I use one pre-measured pod per load). Then they tell me to unplug it so it'll reset the electronics and then to do a 'deep clean", and that this deep clean must be done every 30 days. It took me four phone calls and 47 minutes to try to set up a technician to come repair it, and still all I got was a promise that someone would call within seven days to schedule a visit - after I was told that if the technician didn't find a manufacturing defect, then I would have to pay for the visit. What a miserable experience. On top of all that, it takes 2 hours and 29 minutes just to do a normal wash cycle. I think it's because of all the ridiculous government mandates re water and electricity use.

Its a very good dishwasher but the front panel always a problem, because we accident took many times in a day

The purchase experience was excellent. The drlivery and aftermath were terrible. I spent more than 2 hours on the phone before i finally got what i needed.

Works good, doesnt dry items as well as i would like even when you select the extra dry cycle.

The function buttons are impossible to read: print too small, not lit up, and too many (I don't need that many choices). After cleaning cycle ends, there is heavy condensation on the inside of the door, even days later. Will contact BB to find out what to do.

I love this dishwasher but I have to get acquainted with it. It says push this button twice for this and this for that. I have not used it yet. Like all my new toys, LG dishwasher, range, microwave over the range, I had to get to know them before I used them.

The tub feels and sounds a little more plasticky than stainless steel, but perhaps it's just a very thin layer of stainless over plastic. The display is nice, and I like that it has an overnight dry venting feature for when we run it right before bed.

the service at the store was great and the service guys at the house took the old one out and put the new one in explained a few things will be going back to purchase more items

This is a review of Best Buy, not the dishwasher. The dishwasher is great. Best Buy hired a contractor who damaged my home in 2 places during installation. Not only that but they installed it so poorly that when Geek Squad came out and looked at it, they told me "do not use this dishwasher as installed". They scheduled removal of the original and installation of a new dishwasher because somehow that would be quicker than sending someone to correct what had been done wrong. The dishwasher sat in my house unusable for about 3 weeks through the holidays when I needed it the most, before the new one was delivered and installed...correctly this time. I asked them not to send the same contractors that botched it the first time, but they did. Once it was all set, I contacted Best Buy about a "make good" for my inconvenience of not having a dishwasher for 3 weeks and having to take a second day off work for installation. A $65 gift card is what they offered. I told them I should at least get credit for the $250 price of the installation. I spoke with multiple people, all of who claimed it's out of their hands. There's a calculator that they use to determine the make good and it is what it is. That's how Best Buy treats their customers. Send contractors who do a terrible job, leave you with an appliance you can't use for 3 weeks, send the same contractors back to your house, require you to take another day off work, and tell you $65 is all your convenience is worth. Maybe that's why the store is always empty.
