Nice dishwasher with third/top rack

I really liked the front control. I think it is much better than top control. Third/top rack is very useful, also it fit to the location better than out old unit. Lastly a negative feedback this dish washer doesn't have a section for prewash detergent. I guess not many people uses it anymore but I wish it had.

The only drawback is that the LG doesn't contain the drying mechanism that other dishwashers have. I had a GE before and if all I wanted to do was use the drying feature, I could. You cannot do that with the LG dishwasher. It uses steam technology to dry the dishes. Other than this, I am happy with the way it cleans my dishes

I have never had an LG but it looked good at Best Buy so that is what I bought. I have been using it and I do like it very much. Dishes and glasses come out really clean. It was a good purchase and happy with it.

Cleans Well, But Comes with Some Frustrations

My rating for this new one is so-so. It does clean the dishes well, but the spacing between the rack tines is either too wide or too narrow, which makes it hard to use the space efficiently—and as a result, I end up hand-washing more items. Also, since it doesn’t have a fan-assisted drying feature, the dishes are never completely dry, and I always have to wipe off the remaining water with a towel. I chose a model advertised as quiet, but the noise is still noticeable, so I tend to run it when I’m not nearby. That said, let me repeat—the dishes do come out clean.
