Probably during installation. Have had a lot of problems getting geek squad back out to fix and have been told that our manufacturing warranty will go away because we called the squad not the manufacturer. Doesn’t make sense and not very happy.

It doesnt dry our dishes and has tons of water left behind every time we use it. Not sure why but weve tried everything and the dishes still come out wet on the top rack especially.

We have not had any problems with the drying function, and it is so much easier to fit our dishes into this one (as opposed to our previous Bosch).
