Replaced my 7 year old Bosch. The Bosch's racks held way more dishes and had tighter spacing between the slots. This will do but can definitely see cost cutting on this model by the manufacture.

I don't like how it holds plates, most drinking glasses are too tall for the upper rack because of the 3rd rack. Ultimately, I have to run more loads. If I had it to do over again, I would spend more and get the Bosch because it has better use of space and more of it. I also don't like the drying cycle. Unless I put it on "automatic" there's always water leftover even with an extra dry cycle.

This machine is good until it stops working. 7 months owning this and it is giving us error already. Called LG customer service and the simple steps to hopefully clear this error didn't work. They make you wait for few days to see if the problem will reset on it's own after doing the few steps... they push back on sending out a technician. Either they don't have technician or they don't want to pay for their own warranty. If you are unable to get on your knees to unscrew the kick plate and are not too mobile to turn on and off our circuit breaker in the basement, then you're going to be very unhappy customer like me.
