It does seem to work better after using a rinse aid which never used with our previous dishwasher. Third rack doesn't have it's own wash, so doesn't seem to get as clean as if using the basket in low rack.

The top rack is great to line up silverware for an all over clean. I bought it and the LG monitoring was already outdated and unavailable smh

My old dishwasher was quiter but it didn't last (not sure if I can name drop but there is an E and a G in the name) so we switched to lg to try it out. I hope this was one does and the couple of noises here and there isn't a problem.
