This is the one I liked the most given that it's non-glaring and good for office related work. I liked it enough that I bought an additional monitor but bigger (27"). My two complaints are: 1) sometimes it doesn't seem bright enough especially in sunny days working next to a big window, 2) I can see the pixels on blue blackground (e.g best buy top blue banner on this site). Else is pretty good for the price, again I liked it enough to buy a 2nd larger one.

Great budget IPS monitor

i needed a low cost monitor

This monitor was available at a great prices. I didnt need IPS and was amazed to see this monitor at the price i paid. While it has just a basic stand, the assembly is fast and the monitor is very light weight. It also came with an HDMI cable which is rare.
