The resolution is not the best but it gets the job done.

The picture quality is just not as sharp as expected.

Not that good of a monitor but it is still usable.

I purchased (3) of these monitors for a triple monitor desk setup. 1 out of the 3 monitors had a vertical pixel line. it was exchanged. the picture quality of the monitors while crisp, for some reasons certain colors end up distinctly showing pixel spacing more so than other colors. examples of colors that don't show pixel spacing: red, white, green, etc. colors that do show pixel spacing: blue and orange. it is extremely odd and I feel as if these monitors are defective. I will be returning all 3

Love the monitor! Cord from monitor to processor was junk! Received it with 1 prong broke off on 1 end & 3 bent against side on other end! Not exactly happy!!!

The display specially when playing games show washed out or dull colors. Lowering the black level on the settings somewhat fixes it but then you can't see anything on a black background. Putting the black level on high enables you to see on a dark background but you will have washedout colors. Tried increasing the color saturation but it only makes the graphics look like crayon art.

Has good specs in theory, but compared to my old monitor it wasn’t an improvement. Colors were ok after trying to calibrate it.

There is some problem with the pixels. The images are not crip and seem dark. had to return it after 2 days.

Picked up this monitor on sale yesterday. Took it home and opened the box to find the panel was cracked. Now I’m out $130 since the store won’t take it back and I’m not buying a new one out of pocket to gamble it’s not broken too.

all 3 monitors were defective. one had a vertical line, the others had very poor pixel spacing. returned them all

Returned and bought a HP Monitor, The shut off button was also unhandy to use.

I have a personal Dell Laptop that has 1368 x 768 resolution, and I wanted to get a monitor to use along with that and my work laptop to work from home. This LG monitor has fit the bill nicely. The screen is bright, and the colors are vivid. 1920 x 1080 resolution on this monitor is like night and day to my personal laptop. I love it. I got this on sale for $109.99 (normal price is $199.99), so this was quite the bargain. With the ability to watch YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu in full HD, this LG monitor has been a great buy for me.

I didn't know it would be so difficult to buy a pair of monitors for my wife's new photo-editing computer. I overlooked the two LG IPS monitors that we use on our video editing machine because they did such a good job. That is, no complaints from her. I made the mistake of buying some ViewSonics from the large jungle store. Those monitors said they had vivid colors, but they lied. Of course, the LGs we have are five years old and no longer made. So I had to hunt around to find a replacement. Luckily Best Buy carried these, and they were on sale when we bought them. So maybe not fair to compare apples to oranges since these are normally $200 and the other ones were much cheaper. But with the sale price and being LG, it was a no-brainer. What's funny is that once I built the computer, my wife complained immediately about the lack of 'pop' in any of her images. She tried all sorts of color correction, but it was futile because the ViewSonics were so far off. The red/maroon on their image couldn't even be accurately reproduced. Once I hooked one of these up and compared side to side, it was easy to see that these would need no adjustment. So the others are going back. I'm glad Best Buy had these and being on sale was a plus. I'm using these with HDMI connection on Cable Matters Gold Plated high speed cables with a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB video card.

I bought this monitor to hook up to my new Microsoft Surface Book 2. It was easy to hook-up and plug and play made it even easier. I bought the USB C to HDMI adapter and plugged it into the USB C port. It's a great size and the picture is great! The menu does have settings you can adjust for what fits your needs.

This is a great "gaming" monitor for the price. AMD FreeSync works on HDMI, although you will need a AMD Radeon video card to run it. You will need some time to work out all the kinks with this monitor visa vi FreeSync Set Up but still worth it. As a side note, there is a small selection of on screen crosshairs that can be set while navigating the menus on the monitor. Although most ads say it can handle 75Hz, I would recommend keeping this at 60Hz. When running CSGO with all High Settings, I set the max FPS to 75 and had a weird line running across the screen while running FreeSync. Also, note that if you can run any game at 75Hz or more, you will still see SOME screen tearing, even when running FreeSync, though it's not as bad without FreeSync enabled.

I bought this monitor to play PS4 games and Switch games. I am very impressed with the picture quality. Games like Nier Automata, Street Fighter 5 and Final Fantasy 15 look really good on it. However being an IPS monitor it does have a little bit of IPS glow during dark scenes. For me on this particular monitor it has IPS glow in the right hand corner and the right side. However in bright scenes i don't notice it, but Games like Little Nightmares during the dark scenes it is very visible and can be pretty distracting . So just a heads up for anyone purchasing this monitor. Other than that i am very happy with this monitor, Great quality for the sale price of $109 instead of paying the full $200.
