I absolutely love my new dishwasher. I love that there are three racks. It still comes with the silverware caddy in case you need/want it. I choose not to use it as the rack for silverware is enough space for me. The only downfall of the silverware rack is that you do have to be very gentle when removing silverware as the prongs that hold them in place can break relatively easy. Since there is no heating element it does take longer to complete a wash and dry cycle. But because there is no heating element, you can also put plastic items on the lowest rack if need be which is extremely helpful sometimes.

This dishwasher has every feature we wanted and looks great too! Our sales person could not get the version without the front handle, but for the same price he gave us the next model. We were very excited! Way to go Best Buy.

It would be unfair to give this a lower rating, as I didn’t even get to use it; however, it was an open box dud. The plumber was pretty professional and told me he likes to run machines before putting them in their place when he sees they are open box. He was the one who caught the leak. It’s a shame that Best Buy sold it, as I’ve always had a great experience with open box items. They did end up correcting the situation, but it took a while.

Very good dishwasher! I think the top flat rack is not very practical - there are not many types of utensils you can fit up there. But it can come in handy to make a little more room on the bottom two shelves. At first the dishes were coming out wet as I had forgotten about using the jet-dry liquid. After using that, my dishes come out bone dry (and clean). Very happy with that as I don't want the added step of drying the dishes before putting them away. Also, bonus points for the cute little song when you turn it on!

This is a solid dishwasher with ample amount of space. I love the 3rd rack and the ability to adjust the height of the racks. My only complaint is that is rather loud compared to our previous Bosch dishwasher despite it having a sound reduction system.

The machine is sleek and quiet. It was a bit difficult to install due to larger hosing than my previous machine. However, after a couple of weeks of use, the door hinges have become loose which does not allow the latch to register the door as closed and the machine will not work. Having to have a service call already and the machine isn't even a full two months old yet.

TO BE HONEST WE DONT USE A DISHWASHER MUCH JUST HAD TO GET ONE TO MATCH ALL OTHER NEW S/S APPLIANCES SO PICKED THIS ONE BECAUSE OF THE 3RD RACK AND WIFI ..RAN IT TWICE TO MAKE SURE OF NO LEAKS BUT THAT IS IT AS OF NOW ..LOOKS VERY NICE AND CAN SAY PRETTY QUIET!!!

I was very happy with this purchase. The installation was quick and I was able to connect to my wifi within minutes. Cleans dishes very well.

This dishwasher has many features to suit a variety of needs. The third rack and adjustable top rack are ideal for my needs. I also appreciate how you can adjust the rinse agent settings. It’s a great buy for the cost.

We are very happy with this purchase. Compared to our last one, this one has more room and works better than the old one did even when it was new! If you're looking for good space and a unit that will do a great job, this is it! I like it!!!

Nice and quiet, many different control selections, although, seems might need to turn on extra dry (some water left in tub after cycle was complete).

Best dishwasher I’ve ever had! And after I actually sat down and read the instruction manual, it worked even better! Imagine that!!! Seriously, it cleans my dishes perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

This dishwasher wilI have all the fancy looks as more expensive models. it cleans well and with easy to assemble haven’t had any trouble with it so far.

Purchased this as an upgrade from one we had for 17 years. It is amazing how quiet this LG washer. Still learning the features and you definitely need to use a rinse aid for the dishes to dry.

Washes dishes really well. The quadwash sends a lot of flow through the dishes. Happy with the purchase. Very slow to dry dishes, but much more energy efficient than traditional drying.

Just awesome. I like the water-saving feature it has and how quiet it operates. My living room is close to the kitchen area, and I do not get disturbed by the machine's operation.

I don’t like that I need to use a rinse aid to help the dishwasher dry. Otherwise very quiet and efficient.

I am amazed on how quite this can run even on the most powerful cycles. The ability to see how much time a cycle will run is very helpful when I am trying to plan out which appliances to run in order.

Our new dishwasher works really well! Dishes come out very clean. The 3rd rack comes in handy for large silverware and some small flat items. The middle rack is adjustable. Very handy!
