Dont like the top rack - almost useless and cuts down on space for other two racks. Also, I use the heavy setting on everything to get them clean

All items dry better including plastic containers and teflon coated items. 3. For me it was an easy install since it replaced a similar LG dishwasher. Plumbing modifications were required when I installed the first LG 15 tears ago.

The new dishwashers do not dry as well as the old ones that heating elements.

The dish washer doesn't dry the dishes despite ensuring that the extra dry is selected. I remove the third shelf hoping this would help, but got negative result. The only thing helps is leaving the door open and have them air dry. Otherwise I'd have to hand dry all the dishes. I'm very disappointed in this purchase since I hate having to wipe dishes. I'm wondering if LG didn't do a plant test.

Just scrape off the big particles, load the dishes, and this LG dishwasher takes care of the rest. Really impressed at how clean the dishes come out. Very important to add the rinse aid, though. It makes a huge difference. The controls are a little confusing, at first.
