Very good product ,technical installation very professional in faster time

I'm 39. This was the first time I have ever purchased brand new appliances. I've always either had them come with the house or I buy them used. We did research and purchased matching appliances from Samsung we thought would be great in our new kitchen. I was wrong for all three appliances we purchased (fridge, oven, dishwasher). The dishwasher gets only one star because it's basically non-functional right now. The first issue was that just after a year all the little clips that hold the racks upright broke, so I basically now have have a large empty basket on the main wash level. The second, larger, issue is that after 18 months, it's pretty much stopped washing anything, No change in water pressure in the house, or to the dishwasher. The nozzle holes on the arms aren't clogged. The filter is cleaned. Every time the kids load the dishwasher, I make sure the arms can spin freely. Now I either need to pay to have someone come look at it, or keep troubleshooting it myself. We've been handwashing dishes for 2 months while we figure this out. I'm really hoping it's not the pump that went out. But considering the ignitor went out on my matching oven a year in, I'm not holding my breath. How long was the warranty good for? One year. When did it all start falling apart? Just AFTER one year.

Bought on 6/22 and had installed by Best Buy on 6/29. From the very first time we turned it on the dishwasher leaked all out the front and all over our floors. We immediately called LG and after a frustrating conversation with someone who didn’t understand English and kept asking if a dishwasher was a dryer...the soonest they could send anyone out was 7/22. The repair guy came(he was great) and told us a certain part was leaking. He had to order three parts and will come back to fix the dishwasher on 8/12. We are super frustrated. We bought a nice dishwasher and it has never worked properly. If it actually gets fixed on Aug 12th that will mean we bought a brand new dishwasher and have dealt with it leaking for almost 2 months. This is unacceptable to me. I expect a brand new product to work and be in excellent condition and now I feel like I’m stuck with a defective dishwasher. I do not think it is acceptable to have water leaking all over my floor for 2 months. At this point I just hope it gets fixed...but I am super unhappy with my purchase and with LG.

Pre-purchase and post-purchase personnel were great and the machine works wonderfully well.

It's ok. It works well cleaning, but i gave it a couple stars off becuase it's cheap inside and the bottom rack falls off comstantly.

Used it a few times since i purchased … no issues so far

It doesn't get dishes very clean although theyre rinsed prior. Nothing fits right anywhere. Well, plates...I can't fit glasses in the 2nd row, the third row is useless. It secures nothing but instructions say to do so. Oh, it's already missing 2 wheels. One was not swept away but the plastic is broken. It has not been the great experience i was hoping for. I even expected a little less than i wanted because I settled. I wanted a Bosch 300...they were nowhere in stock for a while.

I can’t stand the way the silverware is set up. Also the 3 drawer at the top is almost pointless. The dishes get clean. I wouldn’t recommend buying this dish washer.

Bought this dishwasher based on reviews that it was quiet. It is not. In addition, the lower rack keeps coming off its’ track when you pull it all the way out.
