I recently purchased an LG Dishwasher, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. So far this is excellent, quiet and easy to use. Love the idea that the handle doesn't stick out and the controls are hidden, but still shows me how much time is left and when it ends. Found it great that a light comes on when I open the door, easy to fill and start at night without turning a light on.

This is a very new model by LG. It is super quiet at 42dba and has a sleek design. The 3rd rack is really useful for spoons, knives and flatware. There is a digital clock on the top that helps you know if it is on. Comes with everything needed for the install. Very satisfied!

This is a great dishwasher , except for the rack that holds the plates up-right , That rack has a tendency to let the plates fall into each other . Cleans well . The lights in the door needs to be brighter for people such as my wife that have seeing difficulties . Lights need to be bigger and brighter . My wife has to use a small flashlight to see them.

We’ve owned for about two months now and purchased to replace a high-end drawer dish washer that constantly had issues. This dishwasher is a dream! Quiet, easy to use, and we love the utensil rack in addition to the traditional basket. Everything we we wash comes out spotless. There are so many cleaning, drying options and the steam clean is a real bonus. Highly recommend.

Great price. Cleans and dries dishes well. No spots on glasses. Very quiet. And love the connectivity with the ThinQ app with status of the dishwasher.

Love my new dishwasher! The adjustable racks make washing hard to fit dishes easy. This dishwasher is quite, cleans well and is easy to opperate.

Absolutely beautiful, superb performance and so quiet. I have an open concept home and even with the dishwasher running I can enjoy a movie. The light on the inside is a nice touch and makes it easy to add a cup or plate after snacking without having to turn on the kitchen light. The dishes come out clean and dry just as they should. Very satisfied so far.

Washes great. Holds a lot of dishes, but it's not nearly as quiet as they claim it is. The fill valve is at the front and so you can hear it very plainly, even with all the soundproofing installed behind the kickplate. We weren't buying it for the sound level but if you care about noise, you might want to consider that the representations about 42db may be inaccurate.

Item was in very good condition with complete parts. Easy to install and dishwasher worked well and quietly. Has a lot of upgrades from our previous dishwasher.

I love this dishwasher, it cleans well and it’s really quiet. I’ve had dishwashers before and when they are running you could hear them in every room of the house, this one I can only hear it if I’m in the kitchen.

Hands down the greatest dishwasher. I absolutely enjoy the bright LED inside lights, 3 trays lots of room lots of adjustments to fit everything and lots of settings to clean your dishes. Extremely quiet and the looks is superior to everything currently in the market. LG out did themselves

Finally decided to upgrade our dishwasher and was so happy that I went with LG and this model (LDPH7972S). Truly love the 1-hr wash/dry, true steam, the print proof finish, dry boost and night dry. Using this with Cascade Platinum+ and Rinse Aid have left everything so majestically clean. Utilizing LG ThinQ to add more control and information seems gimmicky at first but indeed helpful and powerful. Overall, can't go wrong with this one not to mention the excellent buying experience I had with Ty (BBY Bridgewater, NJ). The installers too did a wonderful job of putting in and haul-away of our old one. They even replaced the sink drain pipe to connect the new dishwasher drain hose. It'll be perfect if LG have added Machine clean, Express and Night Care cycles on it. Still, so awesome waking up every morning to put away sparkling and spotless dishes and it does its job quietly too. Indeed, Highly recommended!

After extensive research comparing the latest Bosch model with the LG counterpart, we ultimately opted for the LG, primarily due to its cost-effectiveness. I had been using a Bosch dishwasher for approximately seven years, but it started experiencing issues with its heating element. In contrast, the LG dishwasher has proven to be a significant upgrade in terms of cleaning and drying performance. With my previous dishwasher, I used to pre-rinse the dishes before loading them, but with the LG, this extra step is no longer necessary. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even stubborn food residues like cheese and dried-on leftovers are effortlessly removed. Moreover, the LG dishwasher excels in its drying capabilities, allowing us to load dishes directly without pre-rinsing. Overall, the decision to switch to the LG dishwasher has proven to be a practical and cost-effective choice, providing superior cleaning and drying performance, while eliminating the need for pre-rinsing. It has definitely exceeded our expectations.
