A: I had the same problem too after a few weeks of install. I find that gently pulling out the middle rack all the way out helps to reset the drawers and allowing it to slide all the way back so that I can close the door.
Q: Is this unit supposed to ship with the sound insulation? They forgot it and it’s LOUD.

Q: Can you place plastic items on the bottom rack, or will the dry boost melt plastic items?
A: I put plastic cover for covering food in the microwave on the bottom rack with no problem.
A: The green light will light after cycle is complete. The red light will light if there is some sort of error in addition to an error code being displayed where the cycle time would normally be displayed. As far as the other light I dont know since I have never seen that one.

A: No, but it does have a "night dry" function which circulates air if the dishwasher will remain closed for hours after cycle completion. Dishes and plastics come out dry and fresh.

Cleans decent and is very quiet. Drying could be better especially at this price point of a dishwasher. I have found that you need to hit the dry boost button twice to put it in high mode. It has a night dry which runs a fan periodically at night too. I love that all of the tines fold down on the first two racks and some fold down on the 3rd rack as well. There is no spray bar for the 3rd rack so keep that in mind when loading it. Everything loaded into the 3rd rack has to be almost completely clean beforehand or you will be washing them again. First 2 racks clean fine. Love the height adjustments on the racks. I have included a picture to help you visualize the room available for washing. As you can see it will fit normal sizes dinner plates with an oversize slushi machine container and still fit the tumblers on the second rack. It also has a built-in light which i didn't realize how nice that is until i got this dishwasher. Overall its a nice dishwasher, i got it on sale display model for 450 and would definitely buy again at that price point. However if you're looking to spend 1000+ which is what it normally costs i would look to a newer model that pops the door open to help drying, and perhaps cleans a bit better instead of this one.

Great value. Drying power is my only complaint

Fantastic dishwasher
This is the quietest dispatcher I've ever owned and the dishes come out very clean. The only questionable performance area is the third tray at the very top. I love that there is a light that turns on when you open the door like a refrigerator.
