Like most modern appliances, the installation instructions leave out some details that you must figure out. Must use the night dry feature all of the time.

The middle rack rarely gets clean, it’s an exception if I don’t have to rewash items. I’ve had to go back to pre washing my dishes before putting in the machine, I did not have to do this with my Bosch & Kitchenaid units. The kicker is the door unlocking during washing, there’s nothing more annoying than opening the dishwasher and realizing it did not complete. The first 2 times I thought it was me, after that I knew it was the machine. There are features I like about this machine but features are useless when the unit cannot perform its primary function.

Be sure to use night dry function when running overnight to prevent musty smell if washer is not emptied right away.

The sound was so startling that we rechecked and disconnected and reconnected all of the hoses but to no avail. The kitchenaid that it replaced was extremely quiet but did not clean as good as the LG. The cleaning capabilities are excellent.

Thie cleaning is superior, love the configuration options, and how clean our dishes are now.

When placing items back under the sink, I noticed a large puddle of water underneath. As it turns out, the garbage disposal was not completely tightened onto the sink when reinstalling following hookup of dishwasher. Sloppy work...

This was installed, worked 9 whole days, and now has flashing error codes that both Best Buy and LG are having me troubleshoot. What is the point of buying a new dishwasher if I have to take the thing apart to make it work. I am irrate. Don't buy this dishwasher, anything from LG as their customer service is a joke, and Best Buy's window for returning this item has already closed. I have a $1500 dishwasher that doesn't work less than two weeks after installation. Stay away.
