Doesn't seem to fully dry everything but overall is a great dishwasher.

LG Dishwasher works much better than our previous one and Best Buy was able to install it within two days, where others said it would take several weeks to schedule. Outstanding customer service helping us pick it out and very professional services installing it!

Great so far. Lots of options for loading the dishes and wifi connectivity for the tech geeks. I did have to modify the existing holes in the cabinetry to accommodate the new setup, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Highly recommend using the drying agent as well.

Purchased this dishwasher almost 2 months ago. The top rack rail broke 2 weeks after. A new one was replaced with a new dishwasher. I am now on my 3rd dishwasher. The top rails are not very dependable. Hopefully, 3 is a charm or I will be buying a different brand.

Dishwasher LED started acting up and not lighting up fully within 4 months of purchase. Then, it started blinking and beeping randomly through the cycle. Multiple trips by LG approved repairman have not helped. He has been unable to locate the correct control panel among LGs available parts. We are at the point where we feel like we are stuck with a junk dishwasher that we paid over $1000 for with no assistance.

I really like this dishwasher so far. It has been a nice upgrade from the LG dishwasher I bought in 2017. I didn’t know if I’d like the lights in this one, but I really like them. I also use the 1 hour wash function more than I thought I would.

Yes, great absolutely love it. Good quality no problem can Internet works like a charm. We are loving our new dishwasher.

After one week of installing the dishwasher, the middle rack would not freely move. Upon attempting to draw out the rack with slight force, the rack's ball bearings began falling into the tub. Not a happy camper. I would not buy, nor recommend, this unit to anyone.

I've been pleased with the overall cleaning quality of the dishwasher. The bottom rack is showing rust spots within a year of use.

I was so excited to be getting a new dishwasher. My last one was an LG as well, but so much better made. Hate to say it only lasted 6 years and was repaired twice. Only bought LG since the other appliances in my house are LG. This dishwasher is a cheap, overpriced dishwasher. I have done 3 loads of dishes and I am having a hard time deciding where to put the dishes in the washer. The rack rolls easily so it slams into the back of the washer tilting all the dishes which then need to be stood up straight again. The bottom rack portion has a big gap in the middle which makes the space almost unusable. LG must have saved a lot of money making a big space in the middle. A fold down row for dishes would have worked better, and made the space usable. The silverware rack holder that goes in the bottom rack has a big handle that goes across the middle of the holder. Can't put silverware in most of the middle portion since the handle takes up so much room. Read the reviews prior to purchase - so many comments on how the dishes are not dry. Totally true. Wash cycle complete and the dishes are still dripping and have to be towel dried. Should not have purchased online without going to the showroom. This is a cheap, loud dishwasher. I have read the instructions, and still don't understand how to get the dishes dry. Instructions are horrible. Do not purchase this dishwasher. Buy something else.

We bought this dishwasher in March of 2023 and started having issues with it around February 2024. The second rack kept falling out anytime you tried to push the rack all the way in. We spent the next 6 months going back and forth with Best Buy. Turns out the 2 year protection plan is useless if you're out of their service area (rural Colorado) and they wouldn't do anything past making a couple phone calls. When Best Buy found out that there are no third party service guys in our area either, they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry, your SOL on a $1000 dishwasher. Anyway, after wasting that six months, we went directly to LG who, after multiple phone calls with multiple people, couldn't understand the issue we were having, sent us a whole new rack (without the part that we *actually* needed to fix it) and we ended up buying the part to fix it ourselves. Worked for a couple months and is back to falling out when you close the rack. Half a dishwasher is pretty useless. Won't be buying more LG large appliances. And won't be working strictly with Best Buy for large appliances from here on out either.

Yet another amazing product by LG. One day i will replace all my stuff with LG. Ao far everything i have bought that is LG has impressed me. Great quality engineering.

I didn't realize how bad my 11 year old Kitchen Aid was until I got this dishwasher. I've only had it a few weeks, but this is the first time I've even been excited about an appliance.

Best dishwasher we have ever owned. Very well built. Easy install and the leveling was super easy!

We have not got the dishwasher installed yet, but according to all of the reviews we are excited to get it installed and see if it lives up to its reviews!

We absolutely love it. It does everything we need it to, and fits right in with our other LG appliances
