    Do not buy this. It starts leaking after a few uses. We got a 2nd one hoping that it was just the one that was faulty but the same issue happened. It leaks water out of the top of the door that rolls down the sides onto the floor. You can catch the water in bowls on the floor and still use if for a few more days. Then it starts showing error codes and is totally unusable. Do not waste your money on this dishwasher.

    I'm moderately satisfied with this LG dishwasher. It is a bit louder than my last dishwasher from another brand. Also, the racks have odd configurations and it makes loading the dishes a bit challenging. On the pkus side it cleans very well. I also love the LED light that turns on when the door opens. Doesn't dry well though.

    LOUD and doesn’t dry dishes effectively

    LOUD and doesn’t dry dishes effectively. I write this as I sit 25 feet away from this LG dishwasher and listen to it run a regular cycle. Everything about this unit is loud. The washing is loud. The water draining is super loud. After the loud calamity of the wash cycle is over, the dishwasher is opened to find water all over everything in the top rack is covered in water. LG needs to do some serious re-engineering for this/their dishwasher. Swapping this for a Bosch ASAP. I do not recommend an LG dishwasher.

    Everything about this machince is good excelt for the fact it wont dry dishes. No matter the setting the dishes are wet and the inside of the tub has water running down the side. I will exchange if possible

    No High Loop after Install

    Love the dishwasher and how it functions, but after just a few uses I can tell there is a slight odor when the door is opened. This is due to the dishwasher being installed without a high loop in the drain hose under the sink. I am pretty sure this is a required code in the state of Indiana.

    Rinse-only cycle only if data is extorted

    This dishwasher does not come with a rinse-only cycle. Dishwashers have always had rinse-only cycles, so, of course, I expected one. But the only way to get such a cycle on this dishwasher is to get an app, register with LG, agree to many pages of legal terms without any power to modify them, although LG claims the right to modify them at any time, connect the dishwasher to the internet, and let LG take all your data and do with it whatever it wants. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's like a car manufacturer charging car owners more for a reverse gear.

    Extremely unsatisfied. We ordered our appliances in September 2023. It is now January 2024 and my microwave and dishwasher are still sitting in the boxes in my living room waiting to be installed. They have taken all of the old appliances so we have been left with no dishwasher or microwave for quite some time. Communication has been terrible. A few no showed appointments for install. No one on the customer service line has been able to help. For the amount of money spent I would never recommend purchasing appliances from BestBuy.

    This is of the service not the product, but can find no way to email customer support!- Price was not good, but we bought this dishwasher because the delivery was good. This was only because they were lying to us. Was delayed by 2 weeks. Sales person- Lance, was rude and no help. Ended up cancelling and buying from Lowes. Was two hundred dollars cheaper, and they waved the $94 delivery charge. Best buy wanted $150. Best buy is not the store they used to be, absolutely no customer services!!!

    The listing on Best Buy website should say very clearly that this unit DOES NOT HAVE A HEATING ELEMENT and the dishes do not ever dry no matter if you try all the correct procedures listed in the manual. I would have never purchased this dishwasher if I knew it didn't have a heating element. The drying is done with hot air. This function does NOT work.

    Junk. Made it through 1 load and the pump died. Now have to wait another week for a part. If I want a new one, have to wait an addition week as well. Is clean dishes too much to ask for these days?

    This dishwasher is terrible. I have never had so many issues with a dishwasher in 45 years. It is always humid and my dishes actually mold before they are washed. I googled it and this is common. Do not buy

    The wheels on the lower rack fell apart in the first week of use. If you have heavy dishes and pots, this dishwasher is a problem.
