    Too powerful dishwasher

    Would rate it higher but it forced us to discard our relatively new sensor sink faucet because the force of the dishwasher had water coming out if faucet whenever the dishwasher was on. Only other option was a separate dedicated line which would require ripping out wall to install line and cost many thousands of dollars nobody told us this could happen

    BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY

    Best Buy won't tell you this but this LG 24" Top Control Smart Dishwasher is a "SPECIAL ORDER DELIVERY" which means the "get it by" date for shipping is most likely NOT when you will get it by. I ordered April 1 for delivery of april 26th which already was not great but meh. Then after confirming my delivery date i start getting notifications and calls saying it's not going to be available until May 28th and there isn't ANYTHING I, them, or anyone can do about it because it's nobody's fault and the terms and conditions say they can do whatever they want. Just another reminder that big companies can afford to do WHATEVER they want and you can't do a thing about it. Better off just doing your dishes by hand than using these predatory chains to buy an appliance that is designed to fail anyway.

    Not even a year old getting a AE code. Did basic troubleshooting over the phone with Lg. I was told a service contractor would call me and set up a time to come out and fix the machine. That was 3 weeks ago 3 calls to Lg and I just keep getting g the run around.

    Do not buy

    I bought this dishwasher to not have any issues and have clean dishes. Less than 3 years of use the LE code showed on the display. The motor (with a 10 year manufacturer warranty) is seized so now i have a $1200 paper weight. Since it did not break within a year, they are charging me to replace the motor. Save your money and buy a different dishwasher.

    Washes well but I wish it dried everything better. Sound insulation is good for most cycles but some are pretty noisy.

    Please do not purchase this dishwasher, it’s no good. It does not clean the dishes nor dries them. When the cyle is finished I have to rewash all the dishes. Even on the highest settings the performance is Terrible! The dishwasher is less than a month old, I contacted Best Buy and because i did not purchase the protection plan I will have to pay for them to come out and look at it. This is so ridiculous. I call Lg and the customer service representative did not even know what he was doing. He instructed me to open the dishwasher after the cycle is over to let the dishes dry. I can’t believe that these companies are such a huge rip off to customers. If there was an option to give 0 star I would have done that. I do not recommend Lg products to anyone, stay away!!!

    Just got it today. It ran for five minutes and stopped. LG has AWFUL support as you call them and they hang up and text you a link to the troubleshooting which is stupid. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Lemon - STAY AWAY - Good 2 years then Junk

    Terrible unit. I have had this for 3 year and 2 months. Year 3 I had a rubber grommet with a hole so the top of the unit doesn't get water. Then months later the motor stopped working. the additional warranty said those cost so much they will not honor the rest of the time. I have a rusted top rank, but the biggest problem is the slide for the top rack will not work. Don't buy this lemon.
