Had a problem with 3 lower rack rollers losing their ball bearings. Contacted LG customer support via phone, they sent out an entire new rack to our home within a week. Very satisfied with the service.

Not as quiet as hoped. It promotes a 1-hour cycle but auto is still 2.5hrs. Steam mode does work well. Smart unit and app notifies of completion, change modes, sounds and more

We love it so much we took out a brand new GE Cafe series and replaced it with this unit at our new home. Wash and dry in 1 hour. always use good pods and rinse products for the cleanest dishes.

It so nice to turn it on, walk away, and come back knowing the dishes will be clean. No extra scrubbing.necessary.

THIS one works awesome a few minor tweeks from the last one. I love how quiet it is, can hardly hear it running at all.

I choose to use night dry every time because I get busy and don’t remember to open the door to finish air drying.

One is washing either the upper or lower section. Makes it nice for a one person household to run it more often. The tones are fun be quiet as well. Cleans dishes great!
