Q: Middle rack will not go all the way back on the right side causing the inability to close door Unit install less that 7 days ago

A: I had the same problem too after a few weeks of install. I find that gently pulling out the middle rack all the way out helps to reset the drawers and allowing it to slide all the way back so that I can close the door.
