We bought rhis sight unseen, except for an online ad. It was on sale and included installation and removal of original dishwasher. We used the Best Buy Purchase Plan. And paid it off immediately, to avoid excessive interest, after the grace period and steep late fees. The salesman was very accommodating and patient. He took alot of tiie explaining the features and pros/cons of different models. He found us the best pricing that could be arranged. The delivery and installation done by a subcontractor, was also commendable. He went out of his way, to ensure a leak in our pipes was corrected and explained why he chose a different part than the original. He spent alot of time ensuring the dishwasher was leveled as the floor isn’t exactly level. All in all, we are very happy with our Best Buy experience..

It’s still new so I’m learning about it but one awesome thing is how quiet it is! It’s so quiet that you almost can’t tell it’s running! It also says “end” when it’s done so no more putting dirty dishes in with clean ones!

Feels super deluxe compared to old dishwasher. Top rack slides WAY easier (broke a glass going too fast, so watch out!). Every dish we've put in so far has come out perfectly clean. LOVE it!

Does a better job at washing dishes than my 13 year old. Actually thats a terrible comparison. It does what its suppose to quickly and efficiently. With a bunch of other features to boot. Id buy it again

It’s so nice to have a quiet dishwasher! Still experimenting with how to load since it’s a little different as to where prongs are from my previous dishwasher.

After (12) years my Kenmore Elite Dishwasher finally needed repairs, but the cost was not worth to repair it, so I decided on purchasing a new one. I decided on this LG Dishwasher, and I am so glad I did, as it does a fantastic job in cleaning dishes, pots & pans, silverware and everything else you put in it. Some reviews say that this machine does not dry the dishes well, not so, as all my dishes, glasses, pot & pans come out very clean and absolutely dry. This is one excellent Dishwasher LG made and I love it. Also, this Dishwasher is so quiet as it operates. Like another person suggested, read the manual and learn all the functions on this LG Dishwasher. Thank you, LG, for making such a wonderful product.

The dishwasher does a great job and I love the third rack. If you use steam and extra dry the dishes are dry but plastic is still not totally dry.

I was amazed at how quiet this dishwasher is, I no longer have to wait to turn it on. The flexible loading options is also very convenient. Definitely recommend this for anyone needing a new dishwasher.

Very good dishwasher. My last high end Kitchenaid was having issues after 4 years. Gave up on it after 2 repairs and it went to the dump! This LG has the best cleaning and steam dry. Works perfectly!

Outstanding! Love the 3 racks for optimal use. Functionality of adjustable space in the large racks makes it easy to clean various items. Definitely recommend

We are very satisfied with this Dishwasher. Build quality is excellent. It cleans much better then our old $1000 GE, which was only about 6 years before it died.

Great product for relatively light dishwasher needs. Installation was quick and the technicians were wonderful taking care to make sure nothing was damaged and all waste was taken care of.

Not happy with the drying capabilities. Cleans great though. Love the third rack and the adjustability of the top rack.

This dishwasher is amazing we love having the to rack for straws and other small items.

I was very impressed with Bestbuy appliances. I have just purchased this dishwasher and a washer a few months ago. The most important feature for me was that bestbuy uses exceptional installers. I have heard too many nightmare stories of appliances being installed incorrectly or dents in the appliances. Anyway, I am quite satisfied with the service people who are knowledgeable about the appliance and the installers. The price is equal to or less than the other appliance stores. I would recommend Bestbuy for appliances.

We love the 3rd rack. The steam setting is great for washing baby bottles and sanitizing them. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase

Great product - lots of features. Three racks, different cycles and, even, Wi-fi enabled. Looks great and is very quiet. Best Buy did a great job on the installation and removal of old dishwasher.

Excellent dishwasher , it’s working perfectly fine and I don’t need to worry about getting a replacement for now
