We love it!

The tines were far apart and large opening i bottom of rack. My bowls and salad plates would shift and the corners were downward. When running the water sprayers would hit the dishes. I did contact LG to see if there was and optional part to install to alleviate the situation. the answer was no

And it also has all the most up to date technology. We also used the very top rack and found that our silverware was clean and dry. Great Product.

We went to turn it on and it started to glitch and only sputtered. We tried unplugging it and replugging it in. Nothing! It wouldn't work! We even bought the 2 year best buy warranty and because it was 2 years exact, they wouldn't do anything. I am so upset because I got the darker stainless steel color and nothing else matches my kitchen. I am forced to either buy the same brand or to purchase a whole new set. This is upsetting and I don't think I will ever do this color or brand again.
