    Pretty good- It seems to wash well, but loading is a bit odd. The tines are too far apart on the bottom to hold things well and the 3rd drawer sticks and is not very useful.

    Life's not Good with this LG Dishwasher

    2-month-old LG Dishwasher stopped working and displayed an AE error. Unplugged the power cord from the wall because the dishwasher continuously beeped due to the AE error. Made a service appointment online with LG. An LG technician came out to service the dishwasher since it was still under manufacture warranty. LG technician plugged the power cord back into the wall, pressed the start button and the dishwasher began working again. LG technician explained that all newer LG diswashers have a sensor switch underneath the units to disable itself if it senses too much soap suds, and it will display an AE error on the panel. LG technician said that the manufacture, LG, refers to this as a leak detector but it technically is a kill switch. LG technician said the only fix is to remove the bottom kick panel, place a towel under the dishwasher and dry the sensor. Wait three days until the sensor resets itself and try again. Was not going to deal with this for the next several years. Long story short I returned the LG dishwasher to BEST Buy and replaced it with a BOSCH. Life’s Good now that I got rid of LG.

    Regrets..

    I hate this dishwasher. It’s supposed be 44 dB and it’s louder than the dishwasher I replaced that was a KitchenAid from 20 years ago. They boast about how much space you have… I can barely fit anything in this thing. Plus, I have to remove the top rack to be able to put cups in the second rack. Oh and it doesn’t dry plastics at all. I haven’t tried it with Rinse Aid yet but either way my old one did a much better job drying and I never used any additional products. Basically, everything on the 2nd rack is dripping wet and it drips all over the bottom rack when you are emptying. This is honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made but it looks really nice…

    Worst experience ever trying to selling a damaged dishwasher second time they brought a used one and finally after 17 days i received a decent one

    This washer is nice it’s very quiet. The only bad parts so far is the bottom rack comes off if tracks very easily.

    I replaced an older model with tru steam and 47 decibels that I purchased back in 2010. This newer model has the third rack but don't waste your money on it. Get the cheaper model. It only gets in the way and it's very flimsy. I liked that it had a 1 hour cycle however, the other cycles are 3 hours plus!!! The one hour cycle is for air dry and leaves your tub dripping wet. I'm disappointed. the normal cycle is 2 hours plus but by the time you add steam and normal drying you will be at almost 4 hours!! And i don't believe that it's 42 decibels. My older one was at 47 and way quieter than this one. I even hear the water filling and the entire wash cycle. my older one just a slight hum. Definitely not an improvement. I'm so disappointed.

    Dishwasher is small in interior, no adjustments on shelves. Replacement for another LG dishwasher. Door broke after 10 years.

    I had this dishwasher installed in June 2023. The bottom racks are breaking. I am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Very frustrating that it's breaking already.

    Good product however I had the worse experience with costumer service and the sale person. They helped me to buy the product however It was not true the discount they supposed to give me. At the end I had to pay for the purchase more than other stores were offering me. They basically made me to accept a membership to get discounts and my partner a credit card for other discounts, but did not get the discount the offered. I could not return the product because it was already installed in my place. I had the worse experience with best buy. I will never return to best buy to buy anything.

    I have to agree with the review titled “regrets.” This unit looks good and it cleans okay but man, you cant put hardly anything in it. I had a samsung before and i could load that sucker with 100 items. I swear, i cant get more than two pots and pans in this. You also cant put tall glasses in the 2nd shelf so they end up taking room on the 1st rack. Its awful. Id return it for another samsung but it had its problems too and im not sure its worth the hastle.
