I installed the LG Dishwasher myself which was easy to do. After my first use, this LG Dishwasher works like a charm and was so quiet, I bent down and put my ear to the front to see if it was on which it was. My first wash, I used the regular cycle and loaded up the complete dishwasher with plenty of dirty dishes, cups, glasses and plenty of silverware. After the dishwasher was finished doing its job, everything was sparkling clean and dry, which made me very happy. I have used my new dishwasher now over a dozen times and this is one excellent dishwasher LG makes. I do hope this LG Dishwasher lasts as long as my Sears Elite Dishwasher did which was (12) years. I am very glade I decided on this LG Dishwasher.

Will NOT clean. So tired of rewashing silverware. Running rinse EVERY time I even put ONE fork in now. No joke!

First please make sure to check if the filters need to be cleaned. Please check the spray arms holes to make sure they're not blocked by food residue as this may negatively impact your dishwasher's cleaning performance. Please use the correct amount of detergent based on the cycle, load size, and soil level of the dishes you're putting in. More information on how to change the filter, how to determine the correct amount of detergent to use, and how to clean the spray arms can be found in your owner's manual. We hope this helps. In regards to the drying issue, please make sure you're using enough Rinse Aid. This dishwasher was designed to be used with enough rinse aid to effectively dry dishes. If you're using a detergent / rinse aid combination tablet, you may want to consider using detergent and rinse aid separately and increase the amount your using. Please see the owner's manual for more information. In regards to your dishwasher's cleaning performance, first please make sure the filters are clean. Specific steps on this can be found on page 45 of the owner's manual. Moreover, please check the spray arms to ensure their water flow is not being blocked by any residue. Are you using a separate detergent and liquid rinse aid in the dispenser, or are you using a combined (all in one) tablet? You may require more rinse aid and may need to increase the setting on the dial to increase the amount of rinse aid used in the cycle. Integrates to thr ThinQ app with thr rest of my appliances. The reason for the three stars is beczuae if best buys scheduling for instsll. Going to buy the dishwsher, the website said delivery and install next day. I was like, ok wow, thats awesome. Proceeded to check out, paid, the website still said delivery and install next day. Then checked my order a few minutes later and find out its not even scheduled. When through the scheduling process to find out the first available day for install is 3 days later. Wait, wait, wait, i thought i was scheduled for next day. Oh was that a bait and switch? Sure sounded like it. Chatted eith customer service and was told to pound salt. Called my geek squad concierge, was told to pound salt again ans that there was nothing they could do. The nice lady even went to website and used my zip code. She saw that it said delivery and install next ans then she said “ugh thats strange, not sure why it would say that”. Its very frustrating when all of my appliances have come from best buy less thsn two years ago. Im a total tech member and pay for it yearly. Way to take care of your customers Best Buy. This is the last time ill buy another appliance from best buy and have it installed with their services. Very disappointed!

The adjustable racks are nice as well. The installation went well. The unit was on sale and the installation wa free. It was a good bargain.
