Only complaint is the cups and glasses are not tilted enough to avoid water puddeling on the bottoms, Look great, Best Buy installation was perfect.

However, the drying feature does not work that well comparing it too all of the past machines my wife has owned. There was a recommendation in the owners Manuel to use rinse aid if dishes were not dry enough and that seems to help. My complaint is that I believe that should not be nessessary and it still is not as dry as the past. I checked the blower and everything seems to be working. I checked the reviews of this machine and did not see any with this issue. I told my wife I would take it out and return it (4 hours away) if she wanted me to but she said she will live with it. I really like LG products (except their Linear compressors), but this time can only give this 3 stars.

Didn't last 4 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this dishwasher for almost 4 years now. It was great for the first two years. After that it started to get very loud and the dishes were not getting clean and it often had a fishy odor despite how often I cleaned the filter. Last week the motor died, smelled terribly of rubber, and gave me an LE code. I pulled it out to replace it and the rubber soundproofing on the bottom of the tub came unglued and fell on the motor. I know appliances don't last a long time anymore, but less than 4 years is crazy considering how much this machine costs.

Short top rack

Some taller Tupperware also doesn’t fit on the top rack and therefore have to be hand washed. It’s a great dishwasher other than the top rack.

LG has several class action lawsuits against it for dishwashers and refrigerators. I will never purchase LG again. From a long time customer.

He sId it needed jetdry & he did a few things & said it would take a few months to get smell conpmrreky out. A year later, i could not take it anymore & called Best Buy again & they sent tech out again. He replaced another part. Tvree days later it stinks!!!! Mskes my house smell. Im so disgusted & dont know what to do!

Posted .Hey there. This sounds like its some sort of odor issue. Food residue may be stuck in the narrow gaps inside the dishwasher after cycle is completed. Wipe off all food residue. Not worth the bad support, at any price

Fine, things happen. Customer service said they would send out the parts. They didn't. I called back to get a status, and since at the time of the follow up call it was 30 days past the purchase date, they refused to send out the parts. They could see I called before, but still refused to send them out
