This dishwasher was easy to install, and works great. Has wifi enabled features which i dont use often but can be convenient as it notifies you when dish drying liquid is low for example.

I love the utensil/silverware rack! This dishwasher is smarter than I am. Do not even know how to do half of the things it offers but I am still learning.

I'd prefer the silverware tray be in the front. But no biggie.

Although the dishwasher has not yet been delivered, the Best Buy staff explained the features of this great LG appliance! Thanks, I expect many years of fantastic performance.

I am amazed at the versatility of this dishwasher. I am able to fold down so many of the tines on both the bottom and middle shelves. Makes it very easy to load odd sized or shaped items.

Ran dishwasher at night as recommended by the installer so the dishes would completely dry. It would not stop running. It would get to 7 minutes and keep going. When I awakened in the morning my porcelain tile countertop was so hot that it melted chocolate! The lemons in a bowl were hot to the touch! The dishwasher lasted 13 days. I was concerned that it was a fire hazard. I contacted Best Buy and exchanged it within the 15 day time period for exchanges and I bought a Kitchen Aid.

Love this new dishwasher. Most features i did not discover until I watched some YouTube videos. You can lower the middle rack and lower part of the top rack to create more space.

We replaced an older LG dishwasher with this. You can barely hear anything except the water draining. And it cleans without having to clean everything before it goes in.

I will say that it’s very quite but too fancy for me. Would have preferred more simple. My husband picked this dishwasher out and I have wipe it down constantly! I wish LG made this item in the same material as the refrigerator. It would really help with maintaining.

The installers took some time to explain some of the features with the new dishwasher and the flexibility it provides in loading options has been appreciated.

Door won't stay closed so it will not operate. It also does not dry properly. They said you have to use rinse aid (which I do) Called LG who promptly scheduled an appointment for next day. the only problem is the repair people are 110 miles away and only come on Wed to my area. and this was Mon and they said their tech might want to order part before they come and would call me back. They also said their order did not say anything about drying (LG stated tech would check everything). When 1st company did not call back I called LG again and they scheduled a different company for Sat. but do not know if it will be fixed then. End result it was in for 1 month before it broke

This dishwasher is great, easy to move racks up and down, racks slide in very easy. It washes the dishes great

I pass by this thing and still wonder if its actually on most of the time i run it, its not silent, but with any ambient noise going on in the room its indistinguishable.

I have a granddaughter that loved to play with the buttons on my old dishwasher & this one it is on the top when you close it. She can no longer get to it.

Bought the package. What a difference LG products make. Does not feel cheap like Samsung glad Best Buy has floor models to see difference in quality.

Good machine. Easy installation. Took about 2 hours.

The first time we used this dishwasher we thought it was broken as it was so quiet, There is ample room to wash whatever you need to wash. Dishes come out sparkling.
