I love this fridge. It's absolutely beautiful and spacious on the inside. The staff at the Best buy in Schaumburg was awesome! They wasted no time setting up my delivery, educated me on my new purchased, and let me know that they would be there to help if I had any issues with delivery or my new refrigerator.

Love how much room there is, along with plenty of shelving. This refrigerator fit perfectly in our space and we could t be happier! Best Buy delivery was prompt, efficient and professional. Great customer service experience.

good product would like to see door shelves a little diffrent

This thing is massive. I went from an old 20 cu ft top freezer style to this behemoth. I wanted one of the fully smart ones but I was short about an inch on both sides. But rest assured, this is big for a 33" wide refrigerator.

This refrigerator is great. It has a lot of space. I previously had one with ice and water on the door that caused problems. This has solved the problem. Freezer on the bottom is great as most of the time i am going into the top area. No bending to find items. Bottom freezer is a great size.

I love love love my new fridge. It is spacious, the bottom drawer slides out great and the outside is so easy to clean. I especially love the notification if the door is left open to long, it really comes in handy when you have small children who sometimes tend to forget to shut the door.

We love it: 1) We get 25% more storage for the same footprint (25.5 vs 20 CuFt); 2) Extremely efficient (2.6 amp, I believe), double (or more ) the efficiency of other models due to newer compressor technology; 3) Very quiet! 4) Temperatures in both compartments, excellent stability

It works, relatively quiet. Nothing fancy but needed to replace a 22 year old failing refrigerator. Build quality if all units now is lower than older refrigerators. Pick one that you can afford to replace more frequently.

I bought this fridge because my house has the fridge next to a wall and I couldn't get one with French doors. This is a great, spacious fridge that's perfect for my use case. Very happy 2 years later.

Everything stays at temperature. The actual temperature is displayed. Space is flexible fir storing and being able to see all that us in the fridge and freezer. Door can handle larger items and has a wee shelf for tiny bottles. It was a bit overpriced, but everything seems to be right now.

Pleased with new fridge. Ice maker is great so far, and unit capacity is much larger while having similar footprint to previous 17.5 cu ft Samsung. Love the visibility of all items inside. I do wish installers would have removed all of the saran wrap covering all components, but minor issue.

The fridge is amazing. The water line hook up was not. My previous fridge did not have issues with the water line, but the morning after installation, I had water on the floor in front of the fridge. I turned off the ice maker and thought all was well. The following morning, water flooded my kitchen into the dining room, soaking the carpet. “Technicians” cam a week later and claimed my water line was bent and the connection was leaking at the fridge. I didn’t argue with them because I knew it would get me nowhere. So now I can’t use my ice maker and I won’t buy my new dishwasher and range from Best Buy.

This fridge replaces our 10 year old LG that suddenly decided not to refrigerate. No issues with installation and overall functions. Better interior layout than our older machine. It does make a few new noises that the old unit didn't, but I don't live in the kitchen so it doesn't affect my daily life much at all.

Lots of room. Great ice maker. Holds a lot of food.

The refrigerator is very quiet and runs efficiently.I like the space for the big items on the inside of the refrigerator door.I also.love the glass shelves and the pull out drawers for the meats and cheese.I like the bottom drawer freezer also.

There is space and then there is usable space. This refridgerator has usable space. The door offers long shelves. The body offers shelves at good heights (passes the bottle ketchup test) that can easily fit a 22 lb turkey. The ice maker sends out a steady stream of ice. It is thinner then other same size units

Good fridge nothing too fancy. Shiny. Idk cold? What

Great fridge, huge amount of space. Beautiful look. But, it is not fingerprint resistant really. Also, the door handle can be difficult to pull at times. It seems like the vacuum suction of the door is pretty strong, like an old school metal refridgerator. Its not a problem now, but it would not be the best fridge for someone who is frail or weakened in any way.
